As a result of studies of the values of the technical characteristics of self-propelled rod sprayers of domestic and foreign models and modifications, the values of the mass, power of the installed engine and the volume of the working fluid tank are analyzed. Their correlation and dependence fields are obtained. The theoretical and empirical laws of the distribution series, the mathematical expectation, the standard deviation, the coefficient of variation, the confidence interval of the average value, the 95% range of the distribution of the values of the volume of the tank of the working fluid of the sprayers are determined.
Plant protection and the application of mineral fertilizers play an important role in the production of agricultural products. To improve technological processes and develop new models of self-propelled rod sprayers, it is advisable to determine the laws of distribution of their technical parameters. A number of the power distribution of the installed engines of self-propelled rod sprayers has a coefficient of variation of 30.4%, which indicates that the distribution is close to normal. For 95% of the considered models of self-propelled sprayers, the power value of the engines is in the range of 55.1 ... 225.3 kW. It changes approximately 4.1 times, which indicates the presence of many different factors that significantly affect the design features of self-propelled sprayers. In particular, this may be related to consumer requests. Theoretical and empirical laws of a series of mass distribution of self-propelled rod sprayers are presented. The studied indicator has a coefficient of variation equal to 35.1%. With a confidence probability equal to 0.95, it is calculated that the weight of the rod sprayers is 2.69 ... 15.35 tons.
The article substantiates the expediency of using granulated sheep manure, identifies the reasons preventing the production of pellets that meet the requirements for their effective use. The most significant properties of sheep manure are highlighted. The methods for determining the moisture content of manure from the height of the shoulder, its density from the time of precipitation are given, the results of laboratory and field experiments are presented in the form of graphical dependencies. The description and principle of operation of the thermographic moisture meter Sartorius MA-150 is given.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
