This work is aimed at developing and improving diagnostic equipment used in high-voltage distribution networks by modeling electromagnetic transients and expanding the functional part of devices. Presented are models of a three - phase distribution network and a high-voltage part of a test installation forming a technological system “diagnostic device-distribution network”. Examples are shown of wave processes in the simulated system during insulation breakdowns, load characteristics of the test installation during operation of the device are shown, which makes it possible to optimize insulation control methods and technical diagnostic tools for electrical laboratories. Disclosed are examples of calculating the location of damage in case of insulation failures in different sections of the controlled network based on the analysis of wave processes in the line.
The problem of controlling emissions of dust fractions from various types of technological machines and containers during the production and transportation of bulk materials in the construction and metallurgical industries is quite urgent, due to the need to ensure environmental protection. The development of an energy efficient and inexpensive air filtration system can be an optimal solution to this problem. An important part of this system is the power supply. Measures aimed at increasing load characteristics of circuits of high-voltage rectifiers as a source of high DC voltage of negative polarity of dust collecting electric locks are considered in this work.
This article presents an energy-saving electric drive of a direct-flow water supply system. The analysis of various water supply systems for animal watering is given. An experimental installation of an adjustable electric drive of an asynchronous electric drive is presented, which allows selecting parameters for a frequency converter for the technological process and reducing the consumption of electrical energy by up to 10%. The hypothesis of reducing the energy consumption of the pumping unit when regulating the voltage and frequency of the supply network is confirmed.
The article considers an electrical device designed for diagnostic work in distribution networks of 6-10 kV, namely, the determination of damage zones in case of failure of insulating materials of cable lines during high-voltage diagnostics with a rectified voltage of negative polarity. The novelty of the developed device is its ability to connect directly to a high-voltage cable line without additional matching devices. The device is capable of detecting damage zones in lines up to 10 km remotely with an error of up to 0.2% of the cable length. The prefix allows you to fix any variants of damage to single-phase and three-phase cable lines with high transient resistance at the site of damage without the operation of “burning” insulation, which significantly reduces the time of repair work at the controlled facility.
This article discusses the issues of autonomous power supply of the greenhouse. The types of greenhouses and their main microclimate parameters are considered. The article calculates the payback of installing solar panels on a greenhouse and the usual power supply of a greenhouse, depending on its type. As a result, it was revealed that the installation of solar panels has advantageous advantages in comparison with traditional mains power
