This article presents a comparative characteristic of the blood parameters of Kuibyshevskaya breed rams and Kuibyshevskaya ? Dorper crossbreed rams at the age of one and four months. According to the results of the studies, the amount of formed elements and the level of metabolites in the blood of animals corresponded to the physiological norm. At the same time, there were differences between the study groups. It was found out  that crossbred rams had superiority in some blood parameters over purebred animals, which indicates a more intensive metabolism, and, presumably, a higher level of meat productivity in the future.

The dynamics of live weight and slaughter indicators of Kazakh white-headed bulls were studied when the vitamin and mineral premix was introduced into the diet. Animals that were fed with a premix in a concentration of 1% along with the main diet exceeded their peers in live weight at the age of eight months by 4.38 kg (2.03 %), and at 18 months, at the end of the experiment, by 20.4 kg (3.89%). Control slaughters showed that the slaughter weight of the bulls of the experimental group was better than the control by 25.27 kg (7.64 %), and the superiority in slaughter yield was 2.49 %.

Chemotherapy according to the modified CHAP protocol was chosen for the treatment of animals. Chemotherapy is the main effective method of treatment that allows you to increase the life expectancy of an animal.

The article presents the results of studies of wool productivity and the main technological indicators (length, wool finess, output of washed fiber, the area of contamination)of sheep of a new intrabreed type of Caucasian breed. It is shown that the technological properties of the wool of a new type of sheep are of fairly high quality and meet the requirements of the domestic textile industry.

This article presents the results of industrial crossing of sheep of the Edilbaev breed with rams of the Dorper breed. The indicators of the dynamics of live weight and linear measurements of Edilbaev purebred rams and Edilbaev ? Dorper crossbreeds were studied. The obtained data testify to the best indicators of the crossbred rams in the development of the body, body weight and meat qualities.
