This study aims to examine the effect of firm size, leverage, dividend policy and profitability on firm value in the study of manufacturing companies in the food and beverages sector. This research uses quantitative research. The technique used in sampling is the purposive sampling method, namely the selection of samples is carried out with predetermined criteria. So that as many as 35 data were obtained from 7 food and beverages companies listed on the IDX during the 2016-2020 period. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 program. Based on the results of the study, it shows that: (1) firm size has no effect on firm value, (2) leverage has a negative and significant effect on firm value, (3) dividend policy has no effect on firm value, (4) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. This study aims to determine the impact of Trading Frequency, Trading Volume, and Market Capitalization on the stock returns of Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2016-2019 Period. The nature of this research is quantitative explanatory. The population is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019. The research sample of 18 manufacturing companies that are still listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data is taken in the form of secondary data obtained through annual reports and financial reports for 2016-2019. The analytical method used consists of multiple regression analysis, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing (t test) and the coefficient of determination test. From the research results it is concluded that based on the regression analysis, the following equation is obtained: Y = -0.060 + 0.044FRE + 0.011VOL + 0.033KAP + e. Based on hypothesis testing, the t test (partial testing) of the variable Trading Frequency has a significant negative effect on Stock Returns, Trading Volume has a significant positive effect on Stock Returns and Market Capitalization has a significant positive effect on Stock Returns. The R Square value of 0.068 indicates that the Trading Frequency, Trading Volume, and Market Capitalization have an effect of 6.8% while the remaining 93.2% is influenced by other variables outside the regression model.

Tujuan utama program ini adalah memberikan pembekalan dan pelatihan mengenai perizinan P-IRT, inovasi produk, pengelolaan keuangan, dan pemasaran produk bagi pemilik industri rumah tangga. Pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan pada 11 dan 12 November 2017 di Balai Desa Tirtoadi, Kecamatan Mlati, Kabupaten Sleman. Pengabdian masyarakat berjalan lancar denganjumlah peserta sebanyak 26 orang dari 30 undangan. Materi yang disampaikan relevan dengan kebutuhan peserta yang sebagian besar menghadapi masalah terkait perizinan P-IRT, inovasi produk, manajemen keuangan, dan pemasaran produk. Pada saat pelaksanaan kegiatan, seluruh peserta aktif dan antusias mengikuti pelatihan hingga akhir sesi. Para peserta berharap agar kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan. Kegiatanpengabdian masyarakat juga bekerja sama dengan pusat kesehatan masyarakat (Puskesmas Mlati II) yang memberikan materi perihal perizinan P-IRT. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta dengan jenis kelamin perempuan (ibuibu) lebih antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan daripada laki-laki. Hal tersebut tercermin dari permintaan peserta agar dilakukan pelatihan secara berkala.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian statistik deskriptif, objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) 2015-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan beberapa kriteria yang ditentukan, dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan, dan diperoleh selama lima tahun dari laporan keuangan tahunan, sehingga total sampel perusahaan sebanyak 75 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder, dimana data yang diperoleh dari formulir yang sudah jadi telah dikumpulkan dan telah diolah oleh pihak lain dalam bentuk sampel laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen, metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji statistik deskriptif, uji t, uji f, dan analisis koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
