This research aims to describe the general speed profile and the specific speed of the athletes of the achievement Pencak silat club (PSP). The method used in this study is a non-experimental quantitative method with a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample of this study amounted to 20 athletes of Pencak silat achievement Pencak silat club (PSP). The data collection technique in this study uses a Pencak silat parameter test (Lubis, J & Wardoyo, 2016), a general speed test using a running speed test as far as 20 meters, while a particular speed test using a sabit kick speed test for 10 seconds. The data processing technique uses a percentage for each classification with a formula (Anas Sudijono, n.d.). This study found results with a rate of 5% of achievement Pencak silat club athletes have the excellent classification, and 95% have a little variety in available speed through a 20-meter running speed test. In comparison, a remarkable speed 10% have the perfect classification, and 90% have good classification through tests Sabit kick speed for 10 seconds. The researcher concludes that the physical component of velocity is a crucial component to be improved in supporting achievement, both speed in general and speed specifically according to the needs of the sport of Pencak silat.
The flood disaster in Pekalongan City in February 2021 has lasted more than 1 week. Several refugee posts have been prepared to accommodate flood-affected communities. The flood that occurred in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic caused anxiety and concern, both adults and children felt the impact of the flood, as a result most of the residents forgot the PHBS (clean and healthy lifestyle) habits and did not comply with the 4M health protocol (wearing masks, washing clothes). hands, keeping a distance, and avoiding crowds) while at the evacuation post. The purpose of this service is to remind the community about the importance of maintaining PHBS (clean and healthy lifestyle) and complying with the 4M health protocol (wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds), and reducing public anxiety and concern. The method used in this service is public education related to PHBS and 4M as well as trauma healing by doing creative aerobics. The results of this service are increasing public awareness regarding the implementation of PHBS (clean and healthy lifestyle) and continuing to carry out 4M (wearing masks, washing hands, keeping distance, avoiding crowds) in the refugee environment and increasing physical fitness, and providing joy, so that these activities help reduce the anxiety, worry and fear experienced by flood-affected communities.Keyword: community education; evakuation; flood; trauma healing AbstrakBanjir di Kota Pekalongan pada bulan Februari 2021 sudah berlangsung lebih dari 1 pekan. Banjir yang terjadi ditengah pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan kecemasan dan kehawatiran, baik orang dewasa maupun anak anak ikut merasakan dampak dari banjir tersebut. Akibatnya sebagian besar warga melupakan kebiasaan PHBS (pola hidup bersih dan sehat) dan tidak mematuhi protokol kesehatan 4M (memakai masker, mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak, dan menghindari kerumunan) ketika berada di pos pengungsian. Keadaan ini tidak bisa dibiarkan berlarut larut, kecemasan dan kehawatiran yang terus menurus dapat menurunkan imunitas tubuh seseorang sehingga berpeluang terjangkit virus Covid-19. Tujuan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk mengingatkan kembali kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya menjaga PHBS (pola hidup bersih dan sehat) dan mematuhi protokol kesehatan 4M (memakai masker, mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak, menghindari kerumunan), dan mengurangi kecemasan serta kehawatiran masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini ialah pendidikan masyarakat terkait PHBS dan 4M serta trauma healing dengan melakukan senam aerobik kreasi. Adapun hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terkait penerapan PHBS (pola hidup bersih dan sehat) dan tetap melaksanakan 4M (memakai masker, mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak, menghindari kerumunan) dilingkungan pengungsian dan meningkatnya kebugaran jasmani, dan memberikan kegembiraan, sehingga aktivitas tersebut membantu mengurangi rasa cemas, khawatir dan takut yang dialami oleh masyarakat yang terdampak banjir.Kata kunci: Banjir; pengungsian; pendidikan masyarakat; trauma healing

Anak berkebutuhan khusus merupakan anak yang memiliki keunikan tersendiri dalam jenis dan karakteristiknya, yang membedakan mereka dari anak anak normal pada umumnya. Maka diperlukan pula sebuah stimulan tersendiri untuk mengembangkan motorik mereka. Melalui pengabdian ini tim pengabdi mencoba mengenalkan beberapa olahraga sederhana yang dapat dilakukan bersama dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus di SLB Negeri Pekalongan. Dari pengabdian ini siswa SLB terlihat sangat antusias dan bersemangat selama mengikuti kegiatan. Dengan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa anak dengan kebutuhan khusus juga dapat mengikuti kegiatan meskipun sedikit lambat dalam penangkapan pemahaman namun semangat mereka untuk belajar sesuatu juga sangat tinggi.
