The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze: (1) distant learning at MAN 1 Muara Enim, and (2) academic supervision of remote learning during the covid-19 epidemic. This research employs qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The study was conducted at MAN 1 Muara Enim, with data collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and a literature review with 64 instructors, two principals, and one Madrasah supervisor. The findings revealed that MAN 1 Muara Enim completed a series of good preparations, the academic supervision approach, which is typically done face-to-face, is now done remotely and is divided into two parts, manually verifying the lesson plan and synchronizing the online learning. This study contributes to the topic of Education Management, specifically academic supervision in sustaining teacher performance sustainability.
This study aims to determine the effect of the leadership of the school principal and school committee on the performance of the teachers of the State Junior High Schools in Muaradua District, by using quantitative methods with this type of correlational research. The research population consisted of 107 teachers at the State Junior High School in Muaradua District. The research sample was 48 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, namely sampling by determining certain criteria. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) The leadership of the principal has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the teachers of the State Junior High Schools in Muaradua District; (2) The school committee has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the teachers of State Junior High Schools in Muaradua District; and (3) The leadership of the principal and the school committee jointly have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the teachers of the State Junior High Schools in Muaradua District.
The study aims to describe the management of character education at SMA Negeri 1 Semendawai Barat. This research used a qualitative approach. An Observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. We analyze data using reduction, data presentation, and verification (conclusion). We found that the implementation of character education in SMA Negeri 1 Semendawai Barat is carried out in an integrated manner through three main channels: integrated within learning activities, extracurricular, and cultural and habituation activities. The results showed the character education management at SMA Negeri 1 Semendawai Barat had gone well. It is planned to be guided by the school's vision and mission and involves all elements in the school, well organized, implemented properly and dynamically, and controlled and supervised by the authorities through the school supervision program.
The hypothesis in this study were there is an effect of work motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers at Cempaka sub-district of OKU Timur district, there is an effect of compensation on the performance of elementary school teachers at Cempaka sub-district of OKU Timur district, and there is an influence of work motivation and compensation together on the performance of elementary school teachers at Cempaka sub-district of OKU Timur district. The researcher collects the data by using observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis is used the correlation analysis of the t test and the F test. The results of the data analysis are there is an effect of work motivation on the performance of public elementary school teachers at Cempaka sub-district of OKU Timur district, there is an effect of compensation on the performance of public elementary school teachers at Cempaka subdistrict of OKU Timur district, and there is an effect of Work Motivation and Compensation together on the performance of Public Elementary School teachers in at Cempaka sub-district of OKU Timur district.
The effect of creativity and work motivation on the productivity of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers. This study aims to determine the effect of creativity and work motivation on the productivity of IRE teachers in Lengkiti district at Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) district. As for the formulation of the problem, (1) is there an effect of creativity on the productivity of IRE elementary school teachers?, (2) is there an effect of motivation on the productivity of IRE elementary school teachers?, and (3) is there an effect of creativity and motivation on the productivity of IRE elementary school teachers?. This type of research is descriptive. The sample in this study amounted to 19 people in 19 SD Negeri in OKU District. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study. Based on respondents' perceptions about the effect of creativity on teacher productivity in a moderate category, the mean was 69.43. The results of the descriptive analysis of the effect of IRE motivation on teacher productivity are in a good category, the mean is 58.68. The results of the analysis of the effect of creativity and work motivation on teacher productivity are in moderate category with a mean of 49.59.
