This paper deals with the problem of reliable control for linear systems with uncertainty in all system matrices as well as actuator failures. The goal is to design a constant state feedback controller that provides robust stability and H performance for all admissible uncertainties and actuator failures. It is assumed that the parameter uncertainties are norm bounded and the actuator failures occur among a prespecified subset of actuators. A linear matrix inequality approach is developed to solve the addressed problem. An example is presented to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed method.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
