Reading is the capital key in progressing a nation, therefore, interest in reading must be grown in the community from an early age. Reading park community is an ideal place as an idea to play, learning and development of reading interest. Therefore, the introduction of reading park community in children from an early age discourse that presents books to children is one way to foster interest in reading for children. By growth habit of reading can boost the quality life-style, creativity, independence, struggle effort, and competitiveness next time. That reading park community can be a medium in promoting interest in reading for early childhood do several activities, namely: activities cooking contest, a bazaar of books and used clothing, drawing, coloring contest, reading stories and storytelling, training reading stories and storytelling for parents. In addition, there is a series of structuring reading park community for example, the addition of facilities and infrastructure, adding books to children, reading the management of park management system, organizing Reading Park, the design of the room. The focus of this research is the formulation of school vision, the shared vision process conducted by the principal, the process of implementing the vision by the principal, the principal's approach in implementing visionary leadership to develop the student's character, and the student character developed in the visionary leadership of principal. This study uses a qualitative method. Qualitative research is a study that intends to understand the phenomenon of behavior, action, the overall situation in a research subject. While the type of research used is case study research. The reason for using case studies is that this research method focuses on an intensive, detailed, and unique case. The unique case in this study is a principal who leads for three periods of leadership, who in the process of leadership has achieved many achievements and shaped the character of learners through the values embedded in the activities at school. The results of this study are: (a) the formulation of the vision carried out by the principal involving all teachers and staff and carried out with SWOT analysis of the school; (b) the shared vision process by the principal is done through the stage of socialization, memorization, implementation, reminding and modeling, assessing and evaluating, rewarding and punishment; (c) the implementation of the vision is done through polite behavior, smile greetings, greetings, responsibilities, discipline and orderly, prioritizing KBM and maximize facilities infrastructure, and establish good cooperation with external; (d) approach in the implementation of the principal's leadership is done through MSG activities, workshop for teachers and school staff, application of 5 S industry culture; core value of the school, and provide an example to the school's citizens; (e) the character of the learner developed in the headmaster's leadership in islami, discipline, and responsibility that is implemented in congregational prayer activities, Dhuha Prayer, PDS, and PIC.Abstrak: Fokus penelitian ini adalah perumusan visi sekolah, proses shared vision yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah, proses penerapan visi oleh kepala sekolah, pendekatan yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam implementasi kepemimpinana visioner guna mengembangkan karakter peserta didik, dan karakter peserta didik yang dikembangkan dalam implemetasi kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah. In the context of educational supervision, the school quality development is extremely determined by the teachers, the principal, and the school supervisor. All of them have their task and roles. The purpose of this research is developing a Model of Managerial Competence Supervision for Principals with Clinical Approach School Based. The research procedures were conducted with stages such as planning and preliminary study, product design development, product try out, and the final product. These stages were conducted to know the appropriateness, practicality, and effectivity of the model. The results of data analysis on expert validation and the practicality by the school supervisors show a very high category. And the result of pretest and posttest data analysis on the limited and enlarged try out show a significant difference. This indicates that the supervision model with a clinical approach based is exceptionally proper to be applied in the implementation of managerial supervision.

Pentingnya adanya pendidikan karakter dikarenakan melalui pendidikan karakter itu bisa menumbuhkan kecerdasan, kecakapan, dan kemampuan siswa. Fokus penelitian ini adalah: (1) pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak, (2) bentuk perilaku pendidikan karakter sopan santun, (3) penanaman pendidikan karakter sopan santun, (4) faktor penunjang penanaman pendidikan karakter sopan santun , (5) pengoptimalan pendayagunaan faktor penunjang penanaman pendidikan karakter sopan santun , (6) faktor kendala dalam penanaman pendidikan karakter sopan santun, (7) solusi dari kendala penanaman pendidikan karakter sopan santun. Simpulan penelitian ini: (1) pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak pada kegiatan belajar mengajar berjalan dengan lancar, efektif, dan inovatif, (2) bentuk perilaku pendidikan karakter sopan santun sudah ada pembentukan, tinggal menambah dari kekurangan yang ada, (3) penanaman pendidikan karakter sopan santun Bapak dan Ibu Guru memberikan contoh sikap yang mulia, memberi dorongan, dan membiasakan perilaku yang mulia, (4) faktor penunjang dalam penanaman pendidikan karakter sopan santun yakni didukung oleh sarana prasarana kelas yang baik dan memadai dan minat belajar siswa yang tinggi, (5) pengoptimalan pendayagunaan faktor penunjang penanaman pendidikan karakter pihak sekolah harus bisa bertanggungjawab dalam mengembangkan penanaman pendidikan karakter sopan santun yang mulia, (6) faktor kendala yang ditemui dalam penanaman pendidikan karakter sopan santun yaitu faktor lingkungan, keberagaman peserta didik, salah dalam memilih teman, (7)) solusi yang dilakukan dari kendala penanaman pendidikan karakter yakni memberi nasihat, memberi hukuman atau teguran berupa peringatan.
