Customer satisfaction plays an important role on the success of banking industry. A customer may switch his/her primary banking from one to another as soon as he/she is unsatisfied from the quality of services. In this paper, we study the impact of six factors on electronic banking including easy access, design, transaction speed, security, information content and customer support on customer satisfaction. The proposed study was performed in different branches located in north east of city of Tehran, Iran named Tejarat. The study selected a sample of 200 customers, designed, and distributed a questionnaire among them. The results of our survey have indicated that all six components significantly influenced on customer satisfaction. We have also investigated a linear regression between the six independent variables and customer satisfaction and using stepwise linear regression technique the most suitable regression model. The results of regression analysis have also indicated that an increase of one unit in easy access, information content and customer support will increase customer satisfaction by 0.201, 0.368 and 0.356, respectively.

The primary objective of this study is to investigate the effects of intellectual capital on other components and their impacts on organizational learning capability using structural equation modeling. The statistical population includes 500 employees of an Iranian organization. The study uses a sample size including 273 people using Morgan statistical table. In our survey, human capital influences positively (0.330) on structural capital, human capital influences positively on relational capital (0.47) and relational capital influences positively on structural capital (0.455). In addition human capital influences positively on learning capabilities (0.06), structural capital impacts learning capabilities (0.355) and relational capital on learning capabilities (0.545).
Studying the behavior of members of a firm is considered as the primary step in understanding the organization's culture. In fact, it is always essential to study organizations' culture when a new action is about to occur. This paper presents an empirical investigation to determine important factors influencing organizational culture in food industry. The proposed study has adapted a questionnaire based on Denison organizational culture dimensions and distributed it among different groups of employees who worked for one of Iranian food maker in city of Zahedan, Iran. Cronbach alphas for job involvement, consistency, compatibility and mission are 0.786, 0.779, 0.707 and 0.908, respectively. The results indicate that dimensions of job involvement (3.31) and organizational compatibility (3.16) are in better position compared with dimensions of consistency (3.14) and mission (3.11). The study does not find any significance difference between in internal-external focus. In other words, the organization has paid sufficient attention to internal as well as external affairs.
This paper studies the effects of different factors on empowering employees in one of Iranian food makers named Razavi Foods Products Co. The study designs a questionnaire in Likert scale and distributes it among 83 out of 105 employees who work for this food producer. Cronbach alpha is equal to 0.91, which is well above the minimum acceptance level. In addition, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test has indicated that all data were normally distributed. The results of Pearson correlation test has indicated that work place was the most influential factor affecting positively on empowering employees followed by having crystal clear objectives on responsibilities and employees' authorities. In addition, the implementation of stepwise regression technique has indicated that work process was the most important factor followed by process optimization and having clear objectives.Growing Science Ltd.
