In the practice of organizations, we notice the existence of a problem which influences negatively the operating parameters of a product and it has to be very accurately identified and proposals have to be drawn-up in order to remove it. This paper presents a method for assessing the quality of welding by applying one of the classic instruments of quality management. The clauses that generate welding defects are identified and classified. The causes are also grouped in two large categories: positive causes and negative causes depending on the effect they have on the studied problem. An Ishikawa diagram with a new formula 4M+4RM was proposed, to separate the positive causes from the negative ones. The importance of this method is also mentioned in the analysis of quality products.
This paper presents the results of some research with different heat treatments for the steel OSC10 compared to steel 205Cr115 of which have made the cut punches, each one realizing 16,000 stampings in the same technology. A study was done on the wear of used tools stamping operations using the method of deviation from circularity. Due to the fact that the material of workpiece sheet has fibers orientated in the direction of lamination the cutting tools encounters resistance in a different manner on their circumference. In some portions the edges penetrate perpendicularly to the fiber, the cutting material poses a higher resistance and obtains more pronounced wear of the edges. On the other portions, the edges penetrate parallel with the fiber, in this case the material strength is low and provides a wear less pronounced.
In this paper presents the gripping biomechanism of the dento-maxillary apparatus. Here are some important studies conducted worldwide on the structure, kinematics and dynamics of biomechanism. In the paper the authors present their experimental research conducted to determine the movements made by the biomechanism. Using data obtained from video films, and radiographs we identified in detail the permitted movements of temporomandibular joint. The kinematic equivalent diagram of mechanism was established. The kinematic calculations performed but not presented due to lack of space in the paper showed that the mechanism is optimal for the required movements.
It is proposed to study the state of deformation of the material subjected to cutting technological operations. The study is based on finite deformation theory, according to which an elementary sphere imagined in the material subjected to deformation is transformed into an elementary ellipsoid. It used the method of grids or networks division applied semi-finished which was cut by two types of punches made from improved, unused OSC 10 and used OSC 10 after 15.000 cuttings. Also are analyzed the metallographic structures of the samples that are in different stages of penetration of the active cutting tool in semi-finished material. It is observed the deformation, the appearance and the structure for the action of the both punches on the semi-finished.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
