There is one factor that becomes an obstacle if the child has received the coaching process at the Child Special Guidance Institute (hereinafter referred to as LPKA), namely the existence of "stigmatization" attached to the child so that it does not make it easier for children to socialize. The "Labeling" theory shows that labeling or in other words this stigmatization can damage the future of children where the future is still long. Therefore, the application of imprisonment for children must be an "ultimum remedium" or "the last resort", which means that imprisonment must be the last resort. This is where the diversion function lies as the concept of solving children's problems without going through a trial so that children are not burdened by negative stigma that will be attached to them, but in practice the diversion process often experiences obstacles, one of which is the lack of understanding of law enforcement towards the situation and condition of children, this is because not optimal community research or social reports on children in conflict with the law. The specific purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the factors that cause the non-optimal implementation of social reports on children's cases and to find out the efforts made in maximizing social reporting in an effort to implement diversion in children's cases. The method used in this research is empirical research, namely research with field data as the main data source, such as the results of interviews and observations
Sungai Tuweley merupakan salah satu sungai yang ada di Sulawesi Tengah dan terletak di Desa Tuweley, Kecamatan Tolitoli. Sungai Tuweley terletak di hulu dan menjadi habitat beberapa jenis ikan air tawar, salah satunya adalah S. semoni. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis pakan S. semoni di habitat aslinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 2 bulan di sungai Tuweley sedangkan pengamatan isi lambung dan usus dilakukan di Laboratorium Terpadu Universitas Madako Tolitoli. Koleksi ikan menggunakan serok (ukuran 15 x 15 cm) dan hasil koleksi disimpan dalam akuarium mini. Selanjutnya dilakukan pembedahan untuk mengamati jenis makanan yang terkandung di dalam lambung dan usus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa makanan utama S. semoni adalah fitoplankton. Hal ini terlihat dari pengamatan diperoleh 10 jenis makanan yaitu Navicula, Nitzchia, Ciosterium, zignema, Tribonema, Microspora, Oedogonium, Synedraulna. The work of the teaching profession cannot be done by people who do not have special skills or have not studied teacher education. This study aims to analyze teacher career development while in position and focuses on: (1) the educational profession; (2) teacher professional competence; and (3) teacher professional development. This literature study uses a pedagogic and juridical approach. Data collected through book and journal documentation was analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results of the study found that the development of teacher professionalism is an unavoidable condition, like the changing times. Improving teachers' professional abilities is accomplished with government assistance through programs and training activities (providing opportunities). Improving teachers’ professional abilities should not only focus on administrative aspects of staffing, but also on increasing their professional abilities and commitment as educators. Efforts to improve teacher professionalism certainly require support from all parties, including professional organizations, the government, and the community. This research has implications for teachers as a competitive profession that demands development according to the times; therefore, teachers must consciously and responsibly always want to improve their professionalism.
Informasi jenis-jenis plankton dan sruktur komunitas diperairan Sulawesi Tengah khususnya di pantai Sabang Tende masih terbatas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis plankton di pantai Sabang Tende Kabupaten. Penentuan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. penyaringan air menggunakan ember dengan mengambil 100 liter air yang dituangkan ke dalam planktonet. Sampel yang diperoleh dimasukkan kedalam botol sampel dan diberi label sesuai stasiun dan titik pengambilan sampel. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali ulangan. Dalam penelitian ini ditetapkan 4 stasiun pengukuran. Pengawetan plankton menggunakan larutan formalin 4% sebanyak 1 tetes untuk setiap botol sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pantai Sabang Tende terdapat fitoplankton 19 jenis dan zooplankton 2 jenis.
Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dosis minyak cengkeh yang baik terhadap lama waktu pingsan benih ikan nila dan untuk mengetahui dosis minyak cengkeh yang terbaik terhadap kelangsungan hidup benih ikan nila. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL), terdiri dari tiga perlakuan dan empat ulangan yaitu perlakuan (P1) Pemberian dosis 0.15% minyak cengkeh (P2) Pemberian dosis 0.20% minyak cengkeh (P3) Pemberian dosis 0.25% minyak cengkeh. Wadah pembiusan menggunakan ember plastik yang berisi 4 liter air Pembiusan dengan minyak cengkeh dilakukan dengan memasukan benih ikan nila kedalam ember plastik yang berisi 4 liter air yang mengandung minyak cengkeh dengan dosis yang berbeda lalu mengamati proses pemingsanan benih ikan nila menggunakan stopwatch, sebelumnya telah diukur, DO dan suhu air yang di dalam ember plastic lalu dilakukan pembiusan. Setelah benih ikan nila selesai di bius, selanjutnya benih ikan nila di angkat dan di masukkan kedalam kantong k yang diisi air 1 liter dan 10 ekor benih ikan nila, selanjutnya kantong plastic dimasukkan kedalam Styrofoam, lalu benih ikan dibawah dengan kendaraan (mobil) sambil mengamati lama waktu pingsannya, lalu setelah ikan sadar ikan di pelihara di kolam beton berukuran 3 X 4 m, yang sudah di skat sebanyak 3 sekatan menggunakan waring dan kelangsungan hidup 3% dari biomassa ikan dengan pemberian pakan 2 kali sehari pada pagi dan sore. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian dosis minyak cengkeh 0.25% menunjukan lama waktu pingsan benih ikan nila rata-rata 105.25 (menit) dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup benih ikan nila rata-rata 85%.Kata kunci : ikan nila, dosis minyak cengkeh, lama waktu pingsan
