Burnout Syndrome (SB) is an important pathology in the Occupational Health (ST) area, marked by a psychosocial response inherent to chronic work stress. In the context of Primary Health Care (PHC), the integrality of care presupposes reciprocity between technical interventions and team interaction, requiring major transformations in basic care, involving negotiations between the senses and the values of the categories, institution and population. The conceptual and practical implications of this process, in situations where the limitations are punctually significant, can lead to central factors for the emergence of Burnout.
