This article discusses the religious ideas tradition of Mukti Ali. As a Muslim scholar, he has a concern for the future of religions in Indonesia. This phenomenon is caused by missunderstanding of peoples about the history and faith of other religions. That is why, there is a negative labeling, prejudice and discrimination. Mukti Ali filed four concepts to understand religions namely motivatif, creative, sublimatif and integration concepts. Mukti Ali also import three practical methodology in applying those concepts. First, a personal document. Second, an interview. Third, the participant observation. Thus, the concepts and methodologies can help Indonesian society in creating, managing and disseminating the values of peace.Keywords: Mukti Ali; Religions; Indonesia Artikel ini membahas tradisi pemikiran agama Mukti Ali. Sebagai cendekiawan Muslim, dia memiliki kepedulian terhadap masa depan agama-agama di Indonesia. Fenomena ini disebabkan oleh kesalahpahaman masyarakat tentang sejarah dan iman agama lain. Oleh sebab itu ada pelabelan negatif, prasangka serta diskriminasi. Mukti Ali mengajukan empat konsep untuk memahami agama-agama yaitu konsep motivatif, kreatif, sublimatif dan integrasi. Mukti Ali juga mengajukan tiga metodologi praktis dalam menerapkan konsep tersebut. Pertama, personal document. Kedua, interview. Ketiga, participant observation. Abstract. This Article examines the interpretation ushul fiqh of KH. Sahal Mahfudh in Indonesia includes concept, methodology and contribution. This article shows that (a) the concept ushul fiqih of KH. Sahal Mahfudh have two models that antrophosentrism based on benefit of the local community and idealization of implementation of Islamic law as a ethnics, control and social liberation (b) KH. Sahal Mahfudh used two methodology that textual and contextual approach (c) The contributin of Ushul Fiqih KH. Sahal Mahfudh includes management of zakat for poverty, envirom=nmental preservation and relocation of prostitution. In summary, KH. Sahal Mahfudh Shows creativity to operate fiqh for respond social problem throught rational, operational and measurable action. Keywords : KH. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa (a) Konsep ushul fiqh KH. Sahal Mahfudh terbagi atas dua model yaitu antroposentris berbasis kemaslahatan masyarakat lokal dan mengidealisasi adanya penerapan pelaksanaan hukum Islam sebagai etika, kontrol, serta sarana pembebasan sosial (b) Metodologi yang digunakan oleh KH. Sahal Mahfudh terbagi atas dua jalan yaitu tekstual dan kontekstual (c) Kontribusi yang menonjol dalam pengembangan ushul fiqh dari KH. Sahal Mahfudh meliputi pendayagunaan zakat untuk pemecahan problem kemiskinan, pelestarian lingkungan hidup, dan relokasi prostitusi. Kesimpulannya adalah KH. Sahal Mahfudh mengapreasiasi penggunaan metodologi berpikir dan qai’dah fiqhiyyah. KH. Sahal Mahfudh menunjukkan kreativitas dalam mengoperasionalisasikan fiqh untuk merespons problem sosial melalui tindakan rasional, operasional dan terukur. Kata Kunci : KH. This article will look at how the perception of Javanese Muslims in Yogyakarta on Masjid, keraton, and market. This article employs a qualitative descriptive method with a sociological approach. Participatory observations, in-depth interviews, and literature studies were conducted at Malioboro. The result of the research shows that Javanese Muslims in Yogyakarta perceive the Muttaqin Mosque as a moral-spiritual symbol, the Keraton Yogyakarta as a cultural-political symbol and the Beringharjo market as a socio-economic symbol. In summary, Javanese Muslim perceptions above are constructed by five factors that: Alon-alon waton kelakon, nrimo ing pandum, sepi ing pamrih rame ing gawe banter tan mbancengi dhuwur tan ngungkuli, mangan ora mangan asal ngumpul and tuna satak, bathi sanak.Keywords: Javanese Muslim; Masjid; Keraton; MarketPenelitian ini akan melihat bagaimana persepsi Muslim Jawa di Yogyakarta tentang masjid, keraton dan pasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosiologis. Pengamatan partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur dilakukan di Malioboro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Muslim Jawa di Yogyakarta mempersepsikan Masjid Muttaqin sebagai simbol moral-spiritual, Keraton Yogyakarta sebagai simbol budaya-politik dan pasar Beringharjo sebagai simbol sosial-ekonomi.
