The article discusses the main national documents in the field of state regulation of migration processes in the Republic of Kazakhstan. A number of regulatory legal acts on the regulation of migration processes were studied, such as: the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On Migration of the Population’, the Concept of the Migration Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In the article, we had considered the problems of state regulation of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan which include improving the provision of food for the population, maintaining economic parity between agriculture and other branches of the economy, convergence of income levels to agricultural and industrial workers, protecting domestic producers in agro-industrial production, the regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex is aimed at ensuring food security, the stability of the agro-industrial complex market, the formation of an effective business system, the support of competitive domestic products, and improving the living standards of the rural population through creating conditions for plant management and animal management, processing agricultural raw materials, providing veterinarians and phyto -sanitary safety and technically equip, as well as the development of social and engineering infrastructure. Also the principles and methods of state regulation of the agro-industrial complex are given. The economic and management organizations had proposed measures necessary for state regulation of the agro-industrial complex within the country. The factors that should be taken into account when developing and implementing agrarian policy are indicated.

Critical remarks and recommendations of international observers are analyzed, problems of improvement of legal norms in the field of electoral law in Kazakhstan legislation are considered. The problems of legal consolidation of electoral rights of citizens, as well as the main directions of development of these rights in accordance with international standards are considered.
This article sets the task to consider the main issues of the formation and development of the legal framework of the regional integration association of states – the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The development of international economic integration is impossible without a legal framework, since it is through bilateral and multilateral treaties, as well as domestic legislation, that the states parties to international economic integration carry out political decisions and ideas into real life. Prospects for the development of the Eurasian Economic Union require an analysis of new approaches to integration interaction, as well as the solution of certain legal problems. First of all, it concerns the legal support of the functioning of both the EAEU itself and the enactment of acts of its bodies. This article focuses on solving many legal problems in the framework of the implementation of customs cooperation between the Member States of the Union, as well as the adoption of national acts, the introduction of changes and amendments to national legislation.
