Business developments that occur today cannot be separated from the role of technology and information systems. The system that will be discussed in this journal is a Web-based Restaurant System that uses a QR code. This system will handle at least 5 types of users, namely admin, waiter, chef, cleaning service, and customers where the five kind of users have different access rights. Restaurant information systems using this QR Code can speed up performance in ordering menus, serving ordered dishes, paying bills to customers and cleaning tables after use. The use of the QR code itself is very suitable in the restaurant business and marketing practices because of its advantages, namely being mobile fried and easy to get information. This will improve the quality of the restaurant in terms of service and time. This Web-Based Restaurant Menu Ordering Application is designed using web programming languages, namely PHP. For the database, it will use MySQL and the system development method will use the Agile Kanban method which can help an organization produce software that has been tested and is ready to use. The results of the system design will be in the form of a comparison table for the old and new systems depicted by the PIECES table, then UML for system modeling, and website interface. The system created will help in reducing the amount of paper used for order receipts. In addition, users can also order menus during the COVID-19 pandemic with restaurants that use this system.

Abstrak— Grafologi merupakan suatu metode ilmiah untuk melakukan analisis pada tulisan tangan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, serta memahami kepribadian pada individu. Seperti halnya dengan sidik jari, goresan tulisan tiap orang punya karakteristik unik tersendiri sehingga polanya dapat digunakan dan dianalisis untuk memprediksi karakter seseorang. Sebagian besar pakar mengklaim analisis tulisan tangan dengan teknik grafologi memiliki akurasi sebesar 85-90%. Ilmu ini dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis kepribadian seseorang pada saat melakukan kencan, bersosialisasi, bisnis, merekrut karyawan, menemukan bakat, konselor, serta mengungkap kasus kejahatan. Penelitian ini biasanya dilakukan secara manual oleh ahli grafologi, dan membutuhkan waktu cukup lama bagi grafolog untuk menganalisis tulisan tangan dengan hasil yang lebih akurat. Pengenalan pola menggunakan machine learning dapat membantu grafolog untuk mendapatkan hasil kepribadian secara cepat dan meminimalisir penggunaan sumber daya manusia. Dengan dilakukannya analisis dan desain intelligent agent yang mendapatkan hasil desain tabel PEAS serta karakteristik dari environment untuk menentukan kepribadian berdasarkan tulisan tangan, dapat menjadi acuan untuk pembuatan intelligent agent dengan tujuan mendapatkan hasil kepribadian dengan tulisan tangan yang dapat mengefisiensikan pekerjaan grafolog yang saat ini secara manual, serta menekankan pentingnya untuk melakukan desain PEAS saat ingin membuat suatu intelligent agent.Kata kunci: Kepribadian, Grafologi, Analisis Tulisan Tangan, Intelligent Agent, PEAS  Abstract— Graphology is a scientific method for analyzing handwriting to identify, discover, and understand individual personalities. Like fingerprints, each person's scratch has its unique characteristics so that the pattern can be used and analyzed to predict a person's character. Most experts claim handwriting analysis with graphology techniques has an accuracy of 85-90%. This knowledge can be used to analyze a person's personality when dating, socializing, recruiting employees, finding talent, counselors, and uncovering crime cases. This research is usually done manually by a graphologist, and it takes a long time for the graphologist to analyze the handwriting with more accurate results. Recognition of machine learning usage patterns can help graphologists to get communication results quickly and minimize the use of human resources. With the analysis and design of intelligent agents that obtain the results of the PEAS table design and the characteristics of the environment to determine personality based on handwriting, it can be used as a reference for making intelligent agents obtain handwritten communication results that can streamline the current work of graphologists manually, as well as when it comes to doing important things to do design PEAS makes an intelligent agent.Kata kunci: Personality, Graphology, Handwriting Analysis, Intelligent Agent, PEAS
