At educational institutions like Junior High School, Human Resources especially teachers determines the quality of the school. To determine Junior High School have good quality teachers, then the best teacher selection is needed to spur the teacher's performance. However, the best teacher selection at Santa Maria 2 Junior High School which in Tangerang still doing direct observation and no method implements the calculation. To overcome those problems, then Decision Support System is needed to do a calculation and rating the teachers at ease and accurate. The proposed Decision Support System is using Simple Additive Weighting and Composite Performance Index methods, where’s the calculation is obtained from each alternatives score and value weight from each criterion. The criteria in best teacher selection are reviewed from the absence aspect, professionalism, solidarity corps, personality, involving in activities from inside or outside school events. The final result from this calculation formed to ranking. The execution time of the SAW method has a faster average time of 0.489005 than the CPI method with an average time of 0.62258 seconds. On Relative Standard Deviation Testing CPI percentage greater than SAW with 3.90% and CPI 6.48%.
Marketing strategies based on efforts to create relationships between companies and customers are better known as Customer Relationship Management (CRM). CRM is a corporate strategy used to pamper customers so they don't look away. This study wants to find out and improve relations between hospitals and patients. Besides that, by building this system, can it affect customer / patient satisfaction. The quality of information systems is measured using the ISO 9126 model by adapting four characteristics of software quality: Functionality, Reliability, Usability, and Efficiency. The system development method uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. Researchers will conduct system analysis and design using the Unified Model Language (UML), then coding with the PHP programming language and MySQL database, as well as collecting data using a questionnaire, and testing the system using the Blackbox Testing model. Based on testing using ISO 9126 the results are functionality (83%), Reliability (86%), Usability (87%), and Efficiency (83%). Overall the results are 85% (very good).
Kemajuan teknologi informasi saat ini juga di terapkan pada sistem pendaftaran seminar dan workshop secara online. Penerapan sistim pendaftaran online berbasis web diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses pendaftaran seminar, menghindari kesalahan dalam penginputan nama, dan mudah dalam memberikan informasi jadwal yang berupa notif, serta memudahkan panitia dalam mengumpulkan data pendaftar. Selain itu juga memudahkan penyimpanan data dalam database, yang memerlukan tinggal diberikan hak akses, dan pencetakan e-sertifikat. RAD (Rapid Application Development) bersifat incremental terutama untuk waktu pengerjaan yang relatif pendek. Dalam penerapannya menekankan pada proses perencanaan singkat dengan menitikberatkan pada proses pengembangan perangkat lunak yang terdiri dari pengembangan, pengujian dan umpan balik. UAT (User Acceptance Test) merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam suatu pengujian sistim, hal ini untuk mengetahui penerimaan oleh pengguna awam. Pengujian menggunakan metode pengujian UAT, diperoleh hasil bahwa program ini diterima oleh pengguna dengan persentase rata-rata dari keseluruhan adalah 86,6%.
Abstrak: Infeksi herpes merupakan masalah kesehatan yang masih menjadi perhatian di masyarakat. Pengembangan aplikasi herpes (PEMPERS) dengan menggunakan teknologi machine learning merupakan salah satu solusi untuk membantu masyarakat dalam mengelola infeksi herpes mereka. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat aplikasi herpes (PEMPERS) ini dilakukan di RS. Medika Lestari, Tangerang, Banten. Adapun peserta yang hadir terdiri dari para staf rumah sakit, tenaga kesehatan, perawat, bidan, dokter dan masyarakat umum dengan jumlah peserta 30 orang. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan sebagai referensi bagi para peserta dapat mengetahui bahwa pemanfaat teknologi informasi berperan penting dalam mempermudah pengambilan keputusuan dalam mendiagnosa penyakit, dan sebagai sarana dalam mengedukasi masyarakat agar dapat meningkatkan pola hdup sehat di lingkungannya masing-masing. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat aplikasi herpes (PEMPERS) ini dilakukan melalui tahap Persiapan yaitu dengan melakukan obervasi dan wawancara kepada penderita penyakit maupun yang tidak, hasilnya dianalisa dan dirancangan dalam sebuah aplikasi. Tahap kedua adalah pelaksanaan yaitu mensosialisasikan aplikasi Herpes pada rumah sakit Medika Lestari yang berlokasi di di Jl. HOS Cokroaminoto No.56, RT.001/RW.012, Kel. Karang Timur., Kec. Karang Tengah, Kota Tangerang, Banten. Tahap selanjutnya adalah evaluasi dan tindak lanjut dari hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Hasil dari kuesioner mengenai evaluasi aplikasi herpes (PEMPERS) ini menunjukan bahwa rata-rata dari peserta pelatihan yang menjawab Sangat Setuju sebanyak 83% sedangkan peserta pelatihan yang menjawab Tidak Setuju sebanyak 17%. Adapun masukan dari para peserta pelatihan aplikasi herpes (PEMPERS) ini antara lain penambahan fitur untuk mendeteksi penyakit kulit lain selain herpes. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan riset yang lebih mendalam, pelatihan dan sosialisasi yang intensif, serta evaluasi yang berkala untuk meningkatkan efektivitas aplikasi herpes ini.Abstract: Herpes infection is a health problem that is still a concern in the community. The development of herpes application (PEMPERS) using machine learning technology is one of the solutions to help people manage their herpes infection. This community service for herpes application (PEMPERS) was conducted at RS Medika Lestari, Tangerang, Banten. The participants consisted of hospital staff, health workers, nurses, midwives, doctors and the general public with a total of 30 participants. This community service is carried out as a reference for participants to know that the use of information technology plays an important role in facilitating decision-making in diagnosing disease, and as a means of educating the public so they can improve healthy lifestyles in their respective environments. Community service for the application of herpes (PEMPERS) is carried out through the Preparation stage, namely by observing and interviewing people with the disease or not, the results are analyzed and designed in an application. The second stage is the implementation, namely socializing the Herpes application at the Medika Lestari hospital located on Jl. HOS Cokroaminoto No. 56, RT. 001/RW. 012, Kel. Karang Timur. Kec. Karang Tengah, Tangerang Kota, Banten. The next stage is the evaluation and follow-up of the results of community service PEMPERS. The results of the questionnaire regarding the evaluation of the herpes application (PEMPERS) showed that the average of the trainees who answered Strongly Agree was 83% while the trainees who answered Disagree was 17%. The input from the trainees of this herpes application (PEMPERS) includes the addition of features to detect other skin diseases besides herpes. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct more in-depth research, intensive training and socialization, and periodic evaluation to improve the effectiveness of this herpes application.
Network Operation Central (NOC), an Enterprise Service Division which functions to carry out monitoring and supervision activities of Telkom network equipment located at Plaza Indonesia. Customer satisfaction is the basis and goal that is always hoped for by customers, by carrying out maintenance activities of network devices, and carrying out solutions when problems occur in customers are expected to be an efficient and effective service quality standard. This study wants to know that the construction of a monitoring system for NOC work activities can improve service quality. The quality of this system can be measured using the ISO9126 model, by adapting four characteristics of software quality: functionality, reliability, usability, and efficiency. The system development model uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) and Joint Application Development (JAD) models. Researchers will analyze and design the system using the Unified Model Language (UML), then by coding with PHP programming and MySQL databases, and data collection using a questionnaire, and system testing using the Blackbox Testing model. Based on testing using ISO 9126 the results are functionality (80%), reliability (79%), usability 86%), and efficiency (79%). Overall the result was 81% (good).
