Background: Based on data from the North Sumatra Covid-19 Task Force. The number of Covid-19 patients in Medan City is very high. This will certainly have an impact on the bed occupancy rate (BOR) of Covid-19 referral hospitals, including the Madani Hospital. This requires readiness both in terms of Hospital Management such as infrastructure and nurse readiness such as knowledge.Purpose: To analyze of effect the variable availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Education on job satisfaction of nurses.Method: This research was conducted from July 2021 to September 2021. The data used are primary data, the data collection method uses the survey method, uses a saturate sample, where the sample is totally the number of 50 nurses as respondents. The method of analysis uses multiple logistic regressionResults: Showing that the variable availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Education has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of nurses, either partially or simultaneously.Conclusion: Hospital management needs support from the Government in the form of infrastructure facilities such as the provision of personal protective equipment (PPE) and training for nurses in preventing the spread of Covid-19 so that nurses feel satisfied in their work and that they can work more optimally. Jumlah Pasien Covid-19 di Kota Medan sangat tinggi. Hal ini tentunya akan berdampak terhadap rasio keterisian tempat tidur atau bed occupancy rate (BOR) rumah sakit rujukan Covid-19 termasuk Rumah Sakit Madani. Hal ini perlu kesiapan baik dari sisi Manajemen Rumah Sakit seperti sarana prasarana maupun kesiapan perawat seperti pengetahuan.Tujuan: Menganalisis pengaruh variabel ketersediaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) dan Pendidikan terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat.Metode: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2021 sampai dengan September 2021. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana sampel seluruhnya berjumlah 50 perawat sebagai responden. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi logistik berganda.Hasil: Menunjukkan bahwa variabel ketersediaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) dan Pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat baik secara parsial maupun simultanSimpulan: Manajemen Rumah Sakit perlu dukungan dari Pemerintah dalam bentuk fasilitas sarana prasarana seperti penyediaan alat pelindung diri (APD) dan Pelatihan bagi perawat dalam melakukan pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19 sehingga perawat merasa puas dalam pekerjaannya sehingga mereka dapat bekerja lebih optimum.
