Aimed to evaluate response of ecosystem service value to land use change in coastal zone of Bohai sea in last 30years, Series satellite remote sensing images obtained in 1988, 1998 and 2007 were employed to surveyed land use change integrated field surveying,firstly.Then an unit table of ecosystem services function value of main land use type was created. The response of ecosystem service value to land use change in 13 coastal zone regions of the Bohai sea in last 30 years was assessed. The result showed: the ecosystem service value lost 60.74×108RMB in coastal zone of Bohai sea caused by land use change in last 30years. Amony the 13 coastal zone region, the ecosystem service value increased only in Yantai coastal zone region and Dalian coastal zone region, there are 0.36×108RMB and 0.20×108RMB,respectively. While the ecosystem service value reduced in 11 coastal zone regions, such as Yingkou coastal zone region, Panjin coastal zone region, Binzhou coastal zone region, et al.the total lost value is 60.30×108RMB.
This paper suggest 5m depth line is suitable depth for sea areas reclamation based on study of sea areas reclamation investing and established estimationmethods for spatial resource capacity of sea areas reclamation. Then Liaoning province in China was chose as a case to estimateitssea areas reclamation capacity. The result shown as follows: Depth of sea areas near the coastline in Liaoning province is smaller than 5m in most sea fields. Length of coast with under water slope angle less than 1°is 1988.77km and account for 52.25% coast of Liaoning province. The total areas of sea reclamation capacity is 211714.06hm2.Its distributes mainly in Dalian sea areas, Jinzhou sea areas and Yingkou sea areas with percentage of 47.19%,18.78% and 14.53%,respectively.
Since 1988, great changes of primary production, pollutants loading, coastline and sea area have happened in the Bohai Sea in China. These environmental changes increased the value of marine ecosystem services value from 529.42 billion RMB in 1988 to 558.83 billion RMB in 2010. The ecosystem services values of recreation, food and materials production, O2 supply, climate regulation and primary productivity were raised. However, other marine ecosystem services value, including biological control, pollutant purification, knowledge broaden and biodiversity protection were lowered. In addition, value of ecosystem services increased in Liaodong Bay and Bohai Bay, but decreased in middle Bohai and Bohai strait, and it no change in Laizhou Bay,.This spatial difference of ecosystem service function value was mainly caused by the change of recreation function, O2 supply function and climate regulation function.
