The dairy activity has an important role in the sustainability of family-based units, both self - consumption and income generation; however it must be economically viable to avoid the men leaving the countryside. The aim of this work were to make a systemic technical monitoring in dairy farms, making the production systems of sustainable milk, reducing costs and maximizing milk production at pasture, improving the quality of milk and adding income to farmers through methods and technologies used in milk production. As a result has the ability of rural producer to acquire animals with milk aptitude acclimated to the tropical climate, adequate nutrition and health managements and adoption of best practices in milk production. For this reason study the sustainability of the dairy production system in the county of Bragança city is quite relevant because of the lack of technology and application of improper handlings, resulting in dairy products with low commercial value and without quality.

RESUMO.Foi diagnosticado um caso de luxação patelar lateral bilateral congênita em um cão, macho, da raça Poodle, 2 anos de idade, que inicialmente apresentava grau 3, evoluindo ao grau 4 no membro esquerdo após cirurgias para correção. A luxação patelar lateral é pouco frequente e afeta principalmente cães de raças grandes e gigantes, sendo condição rara em cães de raças pequena e miniatura.Palavras chave: claudicação, luxação patelar congênita, luxação patelar lateral Lateral luxation patellar, congenital, bilateral in dog: A case reportABSTRACT. Congenital bilateral lateral patellar luxation was diagnosed in a 2-year-old, Poodle, who initially presented grade 3 but who progressed to grade 4 in the left limb after surgery for correction. Lateral patellar luxation is less frequent and affects dogs of large and giant breeds. It is rare condition in small and miniature breeds dogs.
