Análise dos fatores que influenciam as condições de satisfação e insatisfação no ambiente de trabalho: um estudo de caso na empresa RepetPress, Mossoró -RN Analysis of factors influencing the conditions of satisfaction and dissatisfaction in the workplace: a case study in the company repet Press, Mossoró -RN 16385 uma agência. objetivou-se identificar e analisar os princcipais fatores influenciadores das condições da satisfação e insatisfação no ambiente de trabalho, na percepção dos funcionários. o referencial teórico utilizado fundamenta-se no conceito de satisfação e motivação e na evolução histórica do conceito de trabalho. utilizou-se o método de estudo de caso descritivo empregando aplicação individual de questionário, entrevistas e observação. verificou-se de acordo com os resultados que os fatores de satisfação/motivação que sobressaíram foram os higiênicos, como política e administração, supervisão, condições de trabalho, relações interpessoais, dinheiro, status e segurança.Palavras-chave: trabalho; motivação; satisfação.ABSTRACT this article reports a survey conducted with a team of employees from a company engaged in the provision of reprographic services in the business of creating and acting in this way as an agency. the objective was to identify and analyze thee main factors that influence the conditions of satisfaction and dissatisfaction in the workplace, as perceived by employees. the theoretical framework used is based on the concept of satisfaction and motivation and the historical evolution of the concept of work. we used the method of descriptive case study using individual application of a questionnaire, interviews and observation. it was found according to the results that the factors of satisfaction / motivation that stood out were the pads, such as politics and administration, supervision, working conditions, interpersonal relationships, money, status and security.
