This is an integrative literature review, with bibliometric approach, which took as its database the SciELO and Pepsic. Articles should be in Portuguese, Spanish and English. After the exclusion and inclusion process, 44 articles remained, which were characterized. The results show that 2010, 2014 and 2015 were the years with the largest publications on the subject. Psychology journals hold the largest number of articles and the most studied professional category is nursing professionals. It is in the southeastern region where most of the research took place. It is necessary to promote new studies of critical nature in order to link motivation to the power to act as a health operator in the workplace.
