Analysis of work contracts on the welfare of crew in fishermen sector from the Perspective of Islamic business ethics in Sarangmeduro Village is a study that aimed to answer questions about how the fishermen sector work contracts are implemented and how the welfare of the crew members is applied in Sarangmeduro Village. The methodology used was descriptive qualitative method with the type of case study research on the object. The result of this research is that the work contract conducted by fishermen in Sarangmeduro Village is a work contract system that has been implemented from generation to generation and is more likely to approach the muzaroah contract in profit sharing of maro or paroan. Based on the field of employment, the fishermen in Sarangmeduro Village live in prosperity. By the opening jobs provided by ship employers, they are facilitated in finding work. The residence that is inhabited every year has changed, which was originally made of woven bamboo, now most of them are built of bricks. The existence of a work contract implemented by fishermen can help to boost the economic condition of the fishermen in Sarangmeduro Village, which is always developing. The researcher recommend that fishermen make work inovation.
Halal industry has become a new commodity that is favoured by all countries around the world, including Indonesia. The main challenge of halal industry development is strengthening its position as a producer in the global halal industry market. This study aims to investigate the number of policy proposals relating to strengthening the productivity of the halal industry in Indonesia and then develop a model of synergy over this matter. This study uses a qualitative study approach, with literature review, observation and interview as data collection methods. The results obtained from this study include several things, specifically; the focus of economic development in Indonesia is fundamentally still focused on the processed industry, which incidentally is dominated by imported raw materials. Based on the results of the analysis of the discussion, the implications of these studies is providing input for authorities such as BPJH, MUI and related ministries to adjust the regulation that address the main business challenge of halal industry. Besides, the government should give special authority to state-owned and private sharia banks to finance the halal industries and agricultural to support their sustainable development.
The purpose of this research is to evaluate marketing strategies that directly touch market leaders with to get marketing strategies to increase market share and become a market leader. This research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. The analysis used was a descriptive analysis using the SWOT analysis instrument accompanied by IFAS and EFAS calculations. Data sources and types of research data consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from the results of focus group discussions, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires. Whereas secondary data was obtained from financial reports and relevant articles and literature. The results of the strategy enrichment using the SWOT analysis on the quantitative approach obtained that the company's position is in quadrant 3 namely WO quadrant with coordinates (-0.63; +1.47) so companies should implement a turnaround strategy, ie change their marketing strategy from direct hit to market leaders by improving after-sales service, improving the quality of their products, brand equity, support from top management and placing units in the Teaching Hospital. This research can provide practitioners with an overview in making strategic marketing decisions.
The technology-based financial management system or so-called financial technology (fintech) has become a trend in the millennial era, both with sharia or conventional labels. This study aims to determine and examine the operational mechanisms and implications of the application of the peer to peer lending system, which is used as a transaction method both in funding and financing. The approach used is qualitative, an approach that prioritizes the subjectivity aspects of researchers and informants. The informants of this study are experts from several stakeholders such as the MUI of East Java, Masyarakat Ekonomi Syariah (MES) branch of Semarang, and 2 sharia fintech business owners and practitioners in East Java. The study results obtained are fintech based on a peer to peer lending system (P2PL) in the perspective of hifdzu mal (Investree company case study) is an online loan transaction that is consistent with the theory of hifdzu maal. The suitability of the transaction with hifdul maal, because each agreement is clear and in accordance with sharia provisions such as fair, mutually committed, and protect ownership. Suggestions from this study are the need for the addition of sharia supervisory board (DPS) for fintech, collaboration with universities in business development so that literacy and inclusion of fintech can be more extensive and developed.Keywords: fintech, peer to peer lending (P2PL), protection of wealth
