The purpose of this research is to learn about the influence of Reciprocal Teaching and Self Efficacy on learning outcomes of AUD mathematical logic. This research is experimental research designed using treatment by level 2 × 2. The research method used is a variance analysis of two different cell paths. The results of this research are: (1) learning outcomes of students using Reciprocal Teaching strategy is higher than Ekspository strategy, (2) there is an interaction influence between learning strategy and self efficacy on learning outcomes of AUD mathematical logic, (3) there is an influence of self efficacy on learning outcomes of AUD mathematical logic.
In modern society stroke becomes a major threat in many countries. In Indonesia in 2015 stroke was ranked first as the cause of death. Stroke treatment takes a long time, and during that time the patient's physical and psychological condition will tend to decrease. In order to healing process to run optimally, the psychological aspects of the patient need more attention. One of that needs attention is the well-being, it is intended that the patient does not dissolve in his suffering. This study aims to examine the role of self-confidence as a mediator of the influence of family social support on the psychological well-being of patients with stroke. Respondents in this study were stroke patients who were undergoing therapy at three hospitals in Jakarta, amounting to 157 patients. Methods of data collection using a scale with Likert type. Based on the analysis of research data obtained results that family social support affects thepsychological well-being through self-confidence.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada hubungan antara regulasi emosi dan efikasi diri dengan burnout pada perawat di Rumah Sakit X. Dalam penelitian menggunakan tiga variabel regulasi emosi, efikasi diri, dan burnout. Populasi yang jumlah anggota yang terdaftar sebanyak 130 orang laki-laki dan perempuan dan sampel berjumlah 97 orang laki-laki dan perempuan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Hasil uji validitas burnout 26 valid dan 6 gugur, regulasi emosi 17 item valid dan 7 item gugur, efikasi diri 19 item valid dan 5 item gugur. Hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil rx1y sebesar -0,341 dan p sebesar 0,001 (p<0,05) maka Ho1 : ditolak dan Ha1 : ada hubungan signifikan dengan arah negatif antara regulasi emosi dengan burnout pada perawat di Rumah Sakit X di terima. Hasil analisis rx2y = -0,685 dan p sebesar 0,000 maka Ho2 = ditolak. Sedangkan Ha2 = terdapat hubungan signifikan dan arah negatif antara efikasi diri dengan burnout pada perawat di Rumah Sakit X di terima. Diperoleh nilai R sebesar 0,689 dan R2 sebesar 0,475 dengan dengan p < 0,05. Hal ini berarti (Ho3) yang berbunyi ditolak dan (Ha3) yang berbunyi ada hubungan antara regulasi emosi dan efikasi diri dengan burnout pada perawat di Rumah Sakit X diterima.
