This work reveals the essence of urban agglomeration as one of the forms of territorial organization of settlements. Urban agglomerations are characterized by such properties as the integrity of markets (labor, real estate, land). Creation of agglomeration should meet the conditions of optimal resource supply of life of the population. This requires the establishment of a clear regulatory system based on the program-target approach and the socioeconomic concept of agglomeration development.Such a tool is a strategy for socio-economic development. The article also analyzes the prospects of the Odessa agglomeration (Ukraine) in the context of strategic guidelines.
Modern consumers are interested in receiving goods within a specified time frame, of the required quality and quantity. Such requirements apply to all goods and services, including those in the construction industry. Features of the construction industry are due to a variety of technologies, materials, equipment used for the construction of facilities. This justifies the need to implement automation tools for planning processes, determining the volume and delivery schedule of production stocks, using labour resources, forming a financing schedule, identifying risks affecting processes and approaches to minimizing them. To solve such problems, special attention in modern conditions is paid to project management in construction and its software. A project is understood as a process which is a set of sequential actions, the implementation of which contributes to the achievement of the set goal. The project is characterized by limitations in terms of time, cost and resources used. In project management, software products such as Primavera Systems, Inc (Oracle), Spider Project, Microsoft Office Project, YouControl. It is their use, advantages and disadvantages that are discussed in the paper. Particular attention is paid to the Microsoft Office Project software product, which has the following advantages: user-friendly interface and ease of use, flexibility of adaptation to user needs, clear and convenient analytical charts and the ability to manage them, availability of support that allows you to quickly master and use the software product, availability of reference materials.
The range of various options for the development of the suburban territory in the area of agglomeration is extremely wide. It covers both traditional forms of inclusion of suburban space in the city’s sphere of life, as well as new ways of interaction between the city and the suburbs. In this paper, we consider a specific form of spatial organisation — suburbia and its impact on the quality of life and, as a result, on the life expectancy of the population.The purpose of the article is to study the modem process of suburbanisation, as a phenomenon and its impact on increasing the life expectancy of the population, analyse the conceptual apparatus in the concept of lifestyle, and consider a complex of problematic issues of the urban environment that pose a risk to public health. We research the positive and negative effects of suburbanisation and identify the main factors influencing the suburbanisation process.To solve the problems, the following methods were used: analysis, synthesis, systematisation, comparison, rating.It is shown that the management of the processes of the formation of human habitat is now the most important, and perhaps the main task, without the solution of which it is impossible to effectively ensure optimal conditions for a person.
During the last decade, deindustrialization of large cities has become widely publicized. Due to the reduction in production, large degraded industrial areas with unused buildings, warehouse premises and associated infrastructure appeared. The spatial structure of such zones requires a consistent transformation based on multi-purpose analysis. In connection with this, there is a need for work on the reconstruction of industrial zones, their adaptation to modern conditions of city functioning and sustainable development. Redevelopment of the industrial zone -one of the most popular worldwide transformation tools of urban space. Analyzing world experience, redevelopment gives a significant impetus to the rational and sustainable development of the city. This is the creation of a new space for the emergence of real estate, business, space for communications, the development of creative areas. The purpose of studying the substantiation of theoretical and practical bases of redevelopment, as well as actualization, use of world practices of redevelopment; development of the concept of redevelopment of the industrial zone; consideration of problem issues, obstacles and motivational levers in realization of projects of redevelopment of industrial zones. Methodology of research. Empirical (measurement and comparison) and theoretical methods (study and synthesis, analysis and synthesis).
Sustainable development of construction enterprises depends on a large number of conditions and factors. In general, all factors can be divided into exogenous and endogenic. Unlike endogenic factors, the exogenous factors are not subject to control and regulation by the enterprise itself, but they have a significant influence on it. Socio-economic circumstances make it necessary to increase the interest in measures on sustainable development, since without analysis of the internal and external environment, identification of clear tasks and prediction of future trends, it is impossible to develop strategic and tactical measures on the mechanism of development in difficult conditions. Under the economic stability of the building enterprises need to understand the interaction of its key indicators, which ensure effective and safe work in the current period of time, and also guarantees it for the future taking into account the changes in the environment. The stability of construction enterprises provides such a condition, under which the most coordinated interaction of all its elements is ensured. In the modern economic space, problems of economic structures are possible decide only by pushing from the concept of adaptation and survival to a paradigm of sustainable development of construction business. The stable functioning of the enterprise can be achieved only by increasing the efficiency of the use of production resources, improving the mechanism of management and system development of personnel. As a result, it enables to form a dynamic whole system, which determines its development as effectively as possible both in the current period and in the future. This article provides theoretical substantiation of the basic measures on ensuring stable development of the building enterprise, substantiation of the process of formation and realization of development priorities in modern conditions. In addition, the analysis of the construction industry of Ukraine, analyzed the current development of the index of construction products.
