T he article is devoted to the study of obtaining and study of physical and mechanical properties of paint materials on the basis of domestic petroleum bitumen. The expansion of the fields of application of bituminous materials is becoming more relevant due to the methods of regulation and physico-mechanical and adhesive-strength properties. The study of physical and mechanical properties of bituminous paint materials showed that water absorption changes in almost 3.5 times (from 0.03% to 0.11%), and their viability in the studied temperature range remains sufficient for the application of several layers of film from the prepared compositions. At the same time, all of them far exceed the known compositions in terms of impact strength and the magnitude of water absorption. Heat resistance of coatings does not reduce. And its value is within the permissible limits of temperatures used in technological processes.
This article is devoted to the development of complex purification technology of used motor oil, its scientific and technological foundations formulations, including: determination the nature of contamination in used motor oil, research the ability of ultrasonic irradiation process to decontaminate of used motor oil, determination and optimization of the factors, that may affect feasibility and efficiency of the proposed method, research of the nature adsorbents (local origin) vermiculite influence on the efficiency of the used motor oil purification process from the unwanted components and to identify the optimal characteristics of materials. The estimated theoretical value of the work consists of integrated research of the regularities of unwanted components destruction by ultrasonic irradiation and adsorption and compare their effectiveness with foreign analogs, definition of the thermodynamics and kinetics of the adsorption process.
The article is devoted to the research of the chain branching agent nature impact on the structure and type of vulcanization network crosslinks, the degree of crosslinking and the complex of physico-mechanical properties of polidienuretane on the basis of NISSOG 3000 oligomeric rubber was researched. Interdependence of structural parameters of elastomeric netting and elastic strength properties of the hardened materials was determined. It was defined that a significant contribution to the structure network formation is made by physical bonds due to intermolecular interaction. Using an aromatic diamine allows to increase the share of physical links and ratio of reactive functional groups. The possibility of physical-mechanical indicators of polydieneurethane vulcanization network varying by changing the ratio of reactive functional groups and the type of chain branching agent was proved. The resistance of polyurethane materials on the basis of oligodiendiols in the conditions of thermooxidative aging conditions and it was found that they have a fairly high thermooxidative stability.
The article is devoted to the research of the acid activation process of mineral sorbentvermiculite. This layered silicates could be applied for adsorptive separation and purification of chemical substances in petrochemical, gas, food, pharmaceutical and chemical industry. On the basis of X-ray diffraction and adsorption it was shown that the adsorption properties, and other physical and chemical properties of the layered silicates with a rigid structure are defined by dispersion, which in turn depends on the vermiculite crystal lattice structure. It was proved that the formation of amorphous silica during the vermiculite treatment with hot sulfuric acid. Vermiculite can be used to produce technical silica, because the activation by solution of 20-25% H 2 SO 4 occurs total destruction of its lattice and the formation of substantially pure silica.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
