Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 30 orang yaitu guru-guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri jalur 8 Kecamatan Air Salek Kabupaten Banyuasin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jalur 8 Air Salek Banyuasin; (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jalur 8 Air Salek Banyuasin, dan (3) supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jalur 8 Air Salek Banyuasin
Utilization of natural resources in the form of coal mines has a positive impact on economic and energy development, in addition to coal mining activities have a negative impact on the environment that result in environmental pollution in soil, water, and air. Pollution begins when clearing land, taking exploitation, transporting, stockpile and when the coal is burned. When land clearing causes damage to forest ecosystems. At the time of exploitation impact on air pollution by coal dust particles, the erosion, siltation of the river, the pollution of heavy metals and the formation of acid mine drainage (AMD). The high acid conditions cause the faster heavy metals such as Hg, Cd, Pb, Cr, Cu, Zn and Ni present in the coal dissolved and carried to the waters. Coal stockpile activity also causes pollution in the air, soil, and water. At the time the coal is burned as an energy source causes the emission of hazardous materials into the air of Hg, As, Se and CO 2 gas, NOx, SO 2. This condition has an impact on the environment and ultimately on human health.
The leadership of the principal is a determining factor for the success of the quality of educators. Good leadership will also create a good work environment, so that high teacher work motivation will emerge. Teacher work motivation is a drive from within and encouragement from outside to carry out work, so that teacher work motivation can be one of the factors that can affect the ups and downs of teacher performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of principal leadership, teacher motivation on teacher performance at SMP 32 OKU. The method used in this research is quantitative with ex post facto type. The population in this study were 58 teachers of SMP 32 OKU. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the analysis prerequisite test, including the normality test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity. The final analysis test uses the one-sample t-test, simple and multiple correlation analysis, simple and multiple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and the f-test.
This study aimed at determining influence of using the school library and reading interest on student achievement fourth grade students of SD 04 OKU partially and simultaneously. This is a quantitative research with sampling using all class IV totaling 105 students. The variabels studied were the use of the school library (X1), reading interest (X2) and learning achievement (Y). Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using validity and reliability tests using the SPSS 22 for windows program. The results showed that there was an influence between the influences of the use of the school library on student achievement. This paper recommends to more focus on library and reading interest of students where school would have good students’ achievement.
Penggunaan zat aditif pada makanan yang tidak bijaksana dapat menimbulkan berbagai masalah kesehatan, antara lain alergi, radang tenggorokan, keracunan, kelainan pertumbuhan, bahkan dapat menimbulkan kematian. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, untuk mengurangi dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan dari pemakaian zat aditif makanan perlu mendapat perhatian dari insan akademis dari perguruan tinggi untuk menyampaikan penyuluhan mengenai pengenalan zat aditif pada makanan dan dampaknya terhadap kesehatan terutama pada siswa dan siswi SMA Negeri 1 Belimbing Muara Enim Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Kegiatan ini secara keseluruhan dapat dikatakan berjalan baik dan berhasil, dilihat dari antusias siswa-siswa dalam memberikan pertanyaan, ketercapaian target jumlah peserta penyuluhan (100%), dan kemampuan siswa-siswi dalam menjawab dengan benar lembar pertanyaan (86,6%). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif kepada siswa-siswi dalam memberikan informasi dan menumbuhkan kesadaran mengenai dampak negatif dari mengkonsumsi makanan atau jajanan di sekolah yang mengandung zat aditif makanan.Kata kunci: Zat Aditif; Makanan; Dampak Kesehatan.AbstractThe use of additives in foods that are not wise can cause various health problems, including allergies, strep throat, poisoning, growth abnormalities, can even cause death. In connection with this, to reduce the negative impacts arising from the use of food additives need attention from academic people from universities to delivered counseling about the introduction of additives in food and their impact on health, especially for students of SMA Negeri 1 Belimbing Muara Enim, South Sumatra Province. This activity as a whole can be said to work well and successfully, seen from the enthusiasm of students in giving questions, the target number of extension participants (100%), and the ability of students to correctly answer the question sheets (86.6%). This shows that the existence of this activity has a positive impact on students in providing information and raising awareness about negative effects of consuming food or snacks in schools that contain food additives.Keywords: Additives; Food; Health Effects.
