This study aimed to determine and analyse the factors of religiosity, psychological factors on purchasing decisions, and loyalty. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method in the form of a cross-section. The population in this study are Marketplace users who live in Makassar and have purchased Muslim clothing products, especially in the Shopee application. This study uses a sampling technique with purposive sampling, part of a non-probability sampling technique. The sample obtained from the calculation results amounted to 100 respondents who were deemed sufficient to represent the population. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that religiosity and psychological factors directly had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, social factors have a positive and insignificant impact on buying decisions. Religiosity, Social Factors and Psychological Factors have a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Purchase Decision has a positive and significant impact on Loyalty. Religiosity Social Factors and Psychological Factors through Purchase Decisions have a positive and significant effect on Loyalty. The results of this study can also be used for marketing in motivating consumers to make purchasing decisions. This indicator is the strongest indicator of consumer psychology in deciding the purchase of Muslim clothing and always considers increasing customer loyalty based on religiosity so that customers are committed to continuing to be loyal in purchasing Muslim clothing. And can be a reference for further researchers to develop research instruments used in this study.
This study examines and determines the effect of good corporate governance on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange through Corporate Social Responsibility. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive statistical approach. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector and 28 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. Determined the sample using purposive sampling and obtained a total sample of 23 companies. The data source of this research is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019-2021. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test consisting of (test normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test) and testing all hypotheses through the partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination test with the help of Eviews tool. The results show that Good Corporate Governance has no significant effect on manufacturing companies' financial performance on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Corporate Social Responsibility significantly influences the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant effect on moderating the relationship between Good Corporate Governance and the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Listrik Negara (PLN) merupakan suatu perusahaan BUMN yang mempunyai tugas dan berwenang untuk mengurusi energi kelistrikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk melihati pengaruh biaya operasional terhadap kinerja kuangan pada PTPLN (persero). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT.PLN (persero) sedangkan pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan melalui laman ebsite resmi PT. PLN, (Persero) yaitu https://web.pln.co.id/stakeholder/laporan-keuangan, Tehnik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yaitu tehnik penarikan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu, sehingga sampel pada pengamatan ini ialah catatan keuangan PT PLN (Persero) yang berupa catatan labarugi dan neraca yang dari tahun 2016-2020, Untuk melihat Pengaruh biaya operasinal terhadap kineja keuangan PT. PLN, (Persero) dengan menggunakan Sakala Regresi Linear sederhana. Berdasarkan penjabaran Regresi linier sederhana maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa besarnya koefisien variabel Biaya Operasional pada tingkat perolehan 0,048 < 0.05 yang berarti setiap peningkatan variabel Biaya Operasional sebesar 1%, maka kemampuan finansial yang dihitung dengan ROA menurun sebesar 8,688 dengan asumsi variabel lainnya konstan. Maka berarti biaya operasional berdampak negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan pada PT PLN (Persero). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Adapun saran yang dapat jadi masukan yaitu diharapkan kepada pihak PT. PLN, (Persero) unttk selalu meningkatkan laba, dan mengurangi biaya operasional agar dapat memajukan kemampuan finansial PT. PLN (persero) sampai memenuhi kriteria ROA yaitu melebihi 2%, selanjutnya kepada Peneliti selanjutnya agar menambah alat pengukuran Kinerja keuangan selain rasio perofitabilitas
The goal of this research was to use Economic Value Added (EVA) analysis to the evaluation of IDX-traded cosmetics companies' performance. Companies in the cosmetics industry that were trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange were the subjects of this analysis. A sample of financial statements from 2017-2019 was utilized to analyze the performance of cosmetics companies trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Values and statistics culled from audited financial accounts constitute the quantitative data used in this analysis. Financial statement records of cosmetic companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange serve as the secondary data source for this analysis. This study employed a descriptive approach to analysis to detail how the EVA technique evaluates financial performance. This research found that PT Mustika Ratu Tbk and PT Martina Berto Tbk have positive EVA values. A negative EVA value indicates poor financial performance, as in the case of PT. Mandom Indonesia Tbk, whose value is positive. In cases when the value is negative, it shows that the company is having financial difficulties.
The objective of this research is to examine 4 (four) variables, respectively total quality management, supply chain management, competitive advantage, and firm performance. The research type is quantitative. Statistic data were analyzed using SmartPLS version 3.0. The subject of research was book writers at Optima Publikasi Literasi Makassar. The research was done in Optima Publikasi Literasi Makassar, which published and printed books. The research population comprised of book writers at Optima Publikasi Literasi Makassar, which as of November 2020 was counted for 334. Slovin Equation was used on the population, which produced 77 respondents as a research sample. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire. The results showed that better total quality management has an optimization effect on competitive advantage. Better supply chain management delivers a high competitive advantage. Better total quality management has an optimization effect on firm performance. Better supply chain management optimizes firm performance. High competitive advantage has optimization effect on firm performance by improving innovative capacity and increasing competitiveness. Better total quality management optimizes firm performance through competitive advantage by improving firm aspects relating to quality control and competitiveness. Better supply chain management optimizes firm performance through high competitive advantage. Better total quality management has implications for increasing the competitiveness and performance of the company.
