This paper presents a standard topology autozero transconductance (AZ]) amplifier systematic design flow and performance analysis. This topology uses two differential pairs: one for the signal path and one for offset compensation. A standard 0.6 uim CMOS technology was used and the residual offset resulted about 1 7,uV
This paper presents a fully protected high side switch design from the short circuit perspective. The high side switch is dual configurable: either 7 Ω or 2 Ω in terms of ON resistance, each with its short circuit current limitation level. The circuit was implemented in a BCD technology, where the key for area efficiency is making use as much as possible of the low voltage components. This is especially difficult for high side switch design, where the circuit is referred to the high voltage car battery.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
