Introduction. The article presents the results of psycho-linguistic study of the representation in the linguistic consciousness, psychosemantic and psychological content of the relative neologism “sexuality” formed in the conditions of natural transcultural semiosis. Herein the author’s own definition of the phenomenon of sexuality was formulated. The aim of the study is to research the semantic content of the concept of “sexuality”, to analyze the existing definitions, to accentuate the concept of sexuality. On the basis of the results of psycho-linguistic and psychosemantic studies to formulate author’s own definition. Research Methods & Techniques. The psycho-linguistic methods were used: (a) extended word association experiment; (b) modified semantic differential method; (c) modified incomplete sentence method. Results. The extended word association experiment has shown that in the linguistic consciousness of the student’s youth (20–22 years), in the understanding of sexuality, most often there exist semantic associates to “sexy” (28,27%) calqued from the American English. In the associative field of persons the age of early adulthood, who have grown up in the conditions of natural linguistic semiosis, where there was no meaning of “sexy”, other verbal reactions prevail, namely trust, openness, safety, reason, a man. The modified unfinished sentence method revealed that the psychosemantic understanding of sexuality in men and women has both common and distinct features. Conclusions. The living word represents the cognitive-discursive activity of the individual and the society. Sexuality as a product of natural linguistic semiosis and as a psychological phenomenon is not reduced to sexual physicality. Being the part of a holistic self-concept and a meaningful identity, the concept of sexuality reaches the mental-spiritual level and is actively present in the linguistic consciousness of the adult. Therefore, sexuality functions on the physical, psycho-emotional and mental-spiritual levels and is considered in at least biological, psychological (psycholinguistic) and cultural aspects.
The national strategy for a new health care system formation in Ukraine requires medical institutions to comply with national and international standards of medical service quality and staff training, based on the concepts of their professional competencies, provided by undergraduate education and postgraduate training of doctors, nurses and managers. The goals of radical reform of this system call for the need of additional studying and updating of methodological approaches to the formation of health care workers' competencies on the basis of modern post-non-classical scientific picture of the world. The aim of the research. To determine the system and synergetic methodology and the program directions for research of professional competencies of the employees in the multiprofile health care institutions in the frame of the modern post-non-classical synergetic discourse. Material and methods. Theoretical research was conducted in the frame of the post-non-classical scientific paradigm with the use of system and synergetic analysis. Program areas of the research were determined on the project-conceptual modelling and forecasting of applied research work within the activities of a multipfofile health care institution. Results. In the determination and implementation of program areas of research of the list of professional competencies specific to a multipfofile health care institutions employees with a purpose of providing integrated medical care, it is expedient to adhere to system and synergetic modelling. It is necessary to identify the main classification features and descriptors of professional competencies of the medical institutions employees, in particular on the basis of ontological approach and method of group expert evaluation, understanding the studied set of professional competencies as a system of interconnected and interdependent competencies which is an open, nonlinear, dissipative and with a certain level of complexity and self-organization system. Conclusions. To scientifically substantiate the multidisciplinary system of formation and development of the professional competencies of the multiprofile medical institution workers, it is necessary to create a reliable model of this system based on modern theoretical and methodological principles in the post-non-classical scientific paradigm, i.e. on system and synergetic approach via use of both general and special methods of cognition.
Background: Proper care for children with autism spectrum disorder can help reduce the difficulties faced by autistic people throughout their life. This fact causes the necessity to study the most effective therapy, teaching and development methods, social interaction skills, and emotional intelligence for children with autism. Objective: This article is aimed at identifying the most effective methods and technologies in working with children who have autism that was described in the scientific works and at revealing reasons and necessities for their more detailed study as well as possibilities to implement them. Methods: Using methods analysis, comparison and analogy, statistical method, and generalization, several publications dedicated to correction methods in work with children who have autism were selected. The most common correction methods were indicated and described according to efficacy and frequency. Results: A thorough review of research, publications, and available information on the Internet were conducted. The most effective methods and technologies in working with autistic children were identified, which included applied behavioral therapy, treatment and education of autistic and related communication-handicapped children, Floortime, parent-child interaction therapy, method Tomatis, and the program Son-rise. Recent intelligent technologies were also considered, particularly Smart Platforms for Research, intervention, and Neurodevelopmental growth, the use of virtual reality, and the program Empowered Brain technology. Conclusions: The authors emphasize the necessity of thorough psychodiagnostics and the formation of psycho-correctional tasks based on exclusively personal needs, symptoms of the disorder, and disease etiology. The analysis of modern psycho-correctional technologies leads to the conclusion that their effectiveness depends, first of all, on the correct expedient application in each particular case.

Carrying out a research within the field being a part of a meta-science, which has the object of the whole education system with relevant educational processes at different levels, educational institutions, factors, dominant and trends in its development, resources, including human capital, and other elements together with the mechanisms of interaction between them, we use the term “educational comparative studies” as more adequate to define the research field mentioned above. It is stated that modernization of the national educational system in Ukraine in the framework of the world mainstream is not possible without unified and well-defined terminological bases, methodological foundations, principles and criteria for comparative studies that meet the current level of the science development and the needs of society. It is proved that the most effective way of fulfillment a comparative analysis of education systems in different countries is a detailed study of theory and practice of their teachers’ preparation for the systems under consideration. Having analyzed different scientific approaches to identifying criteria for a comparative study, the criteria on the development of teachers’ preparation are introduced. It is highlighted that the defined criteria will be applied in the research work on the development of special education teachers’ preparation systems in the USA, the UK and Ukraine. They are introduced in the article: legal support of the educational system for individuals with special needs; national and regional standards of special education teachers’ preparation; curriculums, methods, and technologies for special education teachers’ preparation; system of retraining and licensures of special education teachers; informative and scientific subsystem of special education system; subsystem of special education teachers’ pre-service preparation and in-field practical work management; financial and economic subsystem of training and retraining of special education teachers.
