This article presents the analysis of the social and psychological characteristics of the identity of a teenager who joins various online "death groups". The author notes a high correlation between an aggressive victimity and suicidal tendencies and identifies the factors of suicidal behavior: А -victim behavior, В -unrecognized, С -glorification of death, D -negativity towards the world. In the process of cluster analysis, four types of personality of adolescents are identified who participate in online death groups -imitators, suicidal individuals, artists, spectators. The description of these types is given in the article. The prevalence of certain factors of suicide behavior for each of them is noted. In our research, the sociometric status of a teenager became a categorical criterion. It was revealed that persons with suicidal tendencies generally belong to the category of low-status teenagers and have the status an outcast. The correlation with the selected typology is presented as follows: Imitators (A, C), Persons with suicidal tendencies (A, D), Artists (A, B), and Audience (specified factors for this group are not expressed).

The article discusses the problems of gender differences in the teenage aggressive behavior on social networks. The article provides a theoretical overview of approaches to the study of the problem of gender differences in aggressive behavior of adolescents, including in the Internet space: psychophysiological, psychosocial, and socio-psychological. The study results showed that the process of aggressive interaction between adolescents on social networks was implemented according to the strategies of psychological defense chosen by adolescents, the level of hostility and self-presentation of an individual through asocial behavior. The authors note that the transition to the virtual space gives adolescents the opportunity to experiment with their own gender, and the number of adolescents with a distinction of biological sex and gender role increases. The study revealed differences in the aggressive behavior between all groups of respondents, depending on their choice of gender role. All results are confirmed using the methods of mathematical statistics.
The article discusses the problem of the influence of digital space and the digital environment on the cognitive processes of primary school children and adolescents. The authors cite and theoretically analyze the characteristics of a personality included in digital space. The contradictions in the ideas about the influence of digital space on the personality are noted: on the one hand, digital space can have a negative impact on the formation of cognitive processes, on the other hand, stimulate their development. The authors empirically investigated such parameters as verbal and logical thinking, behavioral features in the digital environment, attention characteristics and strategies for overcoming stressful situations. It was revealed that the respondents of all groups of the sample have developed classification skills rather than the skills of establishing semantic analogies. The results of the study showed that adolescents with high Internet activity choose impulsive, manipulative and aggressive actions as coping strategies, less often they choose such as seeking social support and cautious steps.
One of the main tasks set by the President of the Russian Federation to the Government in May 2018 is the development of small and medium-sized businesses. In recent years, the number of small business organizations in the Crimea has grown significantly, which, on the one hand, develops the economic sector of the Republic and provides jobs, and on the other, creates the fiercest competition in a market economy. So, only in the Crimea, more than 90% of small businesses sell their services to consumers, and are not producers of goods. In addition, the services offered by such companies are not exclusive in the Crimean market. For a company to be competitive, it needs to be recognized and be ahead when compared to other companies. In fact, to ensure competitiveness, a small business company must have a stable positive image, be familiar to everybody. Otherwise, the lifetime of such a company is limited from 1 year to 3 years. The purpose of the article is to describe the results of the study of the corporate culture of small business organizations. Materials and methods. To diagnose the corporate culture of the organization, we used the OSAI method; to determine the styles and norms of behavior, to identify the leading motives of employees' activities – the method of diagnosing the socio psychological attitudes of the individual in the motivational- need sphere developed by O.F. Potemkina. In the course of the study of 7 Crimean small business enterprises, the authors identified several groups of enterprises with tendencies to different types of corporate culture. The motivational profiles of the enterprises included in the ascertaining experiment were studied. During the discussion of the research procedure and its results there were questions concerning the cumbersomeness of psychodiagnostic techniques that measure the type and level of formation of corporate culture, as well as determining the criteria for the success of small businesses with different types of corporate culture in the market.
