The objective of this research is to design an Information system of Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu), especially to toddlers, pregnant women, and the elderly to support the performance of the Community Asisstance in Kalyanamitra Foundation. The analysis using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with waterfall model and the design using the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method with defining all objects interaction which are described by the UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagram. The analysis was applied on current working system and the result became the basis for designing a Posyandu web-based information system to assist the implementation of Posyandu for toddlers, pregnant women, and the elderly, especially in registering, documenting and storing data, and reporting which correspond to organizational needs. Posyandu information system supports Kalyanamitra Foundation's program in intervening with local government to improve the quality of Posyandu services and facilities.

Implementation model of enterprise architecture framework in e-commerce usually work successfully, but in some enterprise since the model of enterprise architecture has been applied, companies seeing the lack of alignment between business and technology designed, so companies need to find solutions for fixing the problems. One of the purposes of this literature review is to analyze the components of enterprise architecture framework to support business processes with technology of e-commerce system. This study uses a systematic literature review method, step of search process reviewing various sources of databases by using keywords related to the topic of research, and the data obtained is classified based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. There are 117 papers identified with the topic research, then selected into 50 papers to review. The research result finds six components of enterprise architecture framework is the most influential in the development of e-commerce systems, which are business, system, design, technology, service, and people.
In running a business, human resources were instrumental in the progress of a business. Training and knowledge provided by the company will determine the smoothness of business processes in a company. With the provision of training model variation, provision for employee motivation, and implementation examples given by the company to employees can increase employee productivity. From the research that has been done, it can be seen that the contribution of exercise can have a positive influence on the increase of productivity of employees and the hypothesis that there is a high correlation between the contribution of the exercise by the employee's productivity in PT.Okema Altra Perdana, Manado. Pemanfaatan tersebut guna memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan manusia dengan tujuan memperoleh keuntungan. Dari keseluruhan sumberdaya yang tersedia dalam suatu organisasi, sumberdaya manusia yang paling penting dan sangat menentukan. Dalam melaksanakan tugas dan pekerjaan dalam suatu perusahaan diperlukan karyawan yang memiliki kemampuan, keahlian dan keterampilan agar dapat bekerja dengan efisien dan efektif. Okema Altra Perdana Manado adalah suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang semen dan tungku briket batubara yang ditawarkan kepada sejumlah perusahaan. PT. Okema adalah milik salah satu perusahaan yang ada di Timika Papua, namun dalam kegiatan operasionalnya bekerjasama dengan perusahaan Jakarta yang merupakan satu induk dari PT. Okema. Walaupun mengalami kemajuan terutama dari segi pendapatannya, tetapi pada kenyataanya masih ada pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan karyawan belum menunjukan hasil yang diharapkan. Kurangnya variasi metode latihan yang diberikan oleh pihak perusahaan sangat mempengaruhi sistem latihan yang akan diberikan atau sudah diberikan.Latihan-latihan yang diberikan kepada karyawan dalam pelaksanaanya, masih menunjukan hasil yang belum diharapkan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari materi latihan dengan hasil pelaksanaan kerja. Latihan mandiri karyawan meliputi, Penataan barang; Media penataan; Pemeliharaan penataan barang; Kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan konsumen.
Demand for the industry to enhance competitive advantage. For that, the industry is required to make a breaking through in order to enhance the organizational performance. This is a reason for addressing the inefficiencies in managing people, processes, organizations, and technology. One of the efforts in improving organization performance is the development in the field of Information Systems as an effort to improve the agility of the organization. ERP system is one solution that can be employed in order to improve organization performance. However, in reality, industrial companies face problems in ERP implementation. This is a challenge to solve the problems of implementing an ERP system for industry. In this opportunity, researchers intend to conduct a re-search to identify the problems of factors in the ERP implementation, namely by proposing agile methods as one of the new methodologies in the effort to solve the problems in the ERP implementation for an industry. The results of this study will result in an agile model of implementing ERP for improving the capacity of ERP systems. This study idea is to analyze the agile method as a solution alternative to make changes for the ERP implementation success. This study is using Structural Equation Modeling as a quantitative data analysis approach of an industry as a case study.
