This study aims to describe the role and function of teachers in enhancing effective learning, inhibiting factors and solutions to teacher barriers in carrying out the roles and functions of teachers at the Elementary School of Santa Maria 2 Malang (SDK Santa Maria 2 Malang). This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's function in the classroom is following Law Number 14 the Year 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers. Which is mentioned that the teacher is a professional educator with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, evaluating, and evaluating students in early childhood education informal education, basic education, and secondary education.
Research on educational strategic planning carried out at Vocational High School 4 Malang (SMKN 4 Malang) aims to find out how the education strategic planning, formulation of the school's vision and mission for Total Quality Management (TQM), who are the parties involved, what the tools are used for educational strategic planning, and what things are seen to find out the increase in the quality of education. The method used is through interviews and observations. The results of this study are the strategic planning carried out at SMK 4 Malang shown by the existence of Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Sekolah (RKAS), Rencana Kegiatan Sekolah (RKS), and Rencana Strategies (Renstra); school vision and mission formulated by all parties and published to the public; all parties involved in the planning process from the school managerial to external parties such as school committees and the community; the stages of planning are done through system analysis, policy formulation and action planning, tools used in problem solving using Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT) analysis and brainstorming all elements of the principal, teachers, employees, committees, and parents of students, and the success of the quality of school education can be seen from the addition students who register from Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB).
Work readiness can be defined as the extent to which individuals are seen to possess the attitudes and characteristics necessary for future success in the workplace. This study aims to assess the Student Work Readiness Scale. Five dimensions and twenty-one items are arranged to measure the construct of student work readiness. The questionnaire survey was administered to 151 students at Universitas Negeri Malang. The correlation of Pearson's Product Moment to test validity and Cronbach's Alpha to test reliability. According to the results, 21 items possessed a high level of validity and reliability.

The purpose of this system development is to restore and optimize the functionality of library services. The development method is a method of developing research. System development activities include book inventory; codification and labelling of books; book preparation; library space setup; and reward for "most frequent visitors" and "engraved borrowers". The results of this development make it easy for students to search for books, giving students the convenience to read in the library, and increasing student interest to visit the library.
