Engineering Faculty of Nurul Jadid university has an adequate IT support in teaching-learning process, it is e-learning system. However, this system is poorly exploited by users due to a lack of awareness in the importance of information. This study aims at measuring how far the e-learning system performance works as students and lecturers’ service by doing audit e-learning system. The audit refers to COBIT 4.1 standard specially for domain Deliver and Support (DS). Research method is conducted by determining domain, control process, indicator, and mapping the maturity level. The result shows that after auditing the e-learning system, it recommends an improvement on security system in DS 5 process with index 3.11 and DS 7 process with index 3.14 i.e. providing a training for users.

Berdasarkan objek penelitian di Jurusan Teknik Informatika Universitas Nurul Jadid. Objek penelitian adalah E-Learning yang dikembangkan menggunakan aplikasi open source Moodle untuk mahasiswa S1 aktif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Serta kepuasan pengguna dengan dampak individu. Data yang digunakan sebanyak 200 responden. Untuk itu pengukuran kualitas layanan dapat menggunakan metode Servqual dan metode Fuzzy yang digunakan untuk mengetahui variabel kebutuhan pelanggan yang tidak terpenuhi dengan menghitung gap antara layanan yang diberikan dengan harapan pelanggan sebagai voice of customer. Kriteria yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan adalah dimensi Tangibles.   Kata Kunci : e-learning, metode servqual, metode fuzzy, open source, moodle, gap

Practical Work is a mandatory activity for all students of the Engineering Study Program at Nurul Jadid University with a time span of one to two months. In determining the location of PKL (Practical Work ), a problem that often occurs is the competencies incompatibility in the students placement based on the need of the company where the Practical Work is going to take place. The purpose of this research is to produce a decision support system design in Placement of Practical Work for students of Faculty of Engineering, Nurul Jadid University. The data processed in this study are student data, value data, and several other supporting data. Furthermore, the data from the students are processed using the Profile Matching method. The processing stage is to matching the value of the weight of each criterion with the value of each student. Later, it will determine the core and second factor. The results of testing this method are to produce recommendations in the form of ranking each student and provide the best alternative solutions in determining the placement of practical work for students of the Faculty of Engineering, Nurul Jadid University.

Internet merupakan salah satu teknologi yang tidak mungkin terelakan lagi di era digital saat ini. Salah  satu  efek  dari  adanya  internet  juga  berdampak  pada  dunia  bisnis  antara  lain  dengan  semakin  berkembangnya  e- commerce  dan  semakin  menurunnya  jumlah jumlah  retail  offline.  oleh  karena itu  penggunaan internet/ e-commerce sebagai alternatif penjualan harus dilakukan oleh semua pengusaha termasuk Bidang Keputrian dalam menjual produk hasil keterampilan santri Pondok pesantren Nurul Jadid.Pengabdian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  dapat  membantu  Pondok Pesanten Nurul Jadid  bagian keputrian untuk  mengenalkan  produk melalui  penjualan  lewat  internet  dan  turunannya.  selain  itu  pengabdian  ini  juga  bertujuan  untuk  mengenalkan produk hasil karya santri dengan strategi pemasaran yang lebih baik antara lain dengan penggunaan kemasan yang lebih eye catching dan menjual sehingga dapat mudah diterima oleh generasi milenial. Metode Pengabdian  ini antara  lain  pelatihan  cara pengunaan aplikasi pemasaran berbasis wesbsite dan workshop pembuatan produk yg akan dijual. Hasil dari pengabdian ini yaitu aplikasi berbasis website melalui aplikasi yang dibuat dapat menerima pesanan dari pelanggan, dapat melakukan pengolahan data penjualan secara lebih efektif dan efisien.
