– Unplanned layout and inefficient material flow between work units can lead to increased cost. PT Transplan Indonesia's current material flow path is inefficient with material flow distance 115.5 meters and material handling cost that has not been taken into account. This study aims to find out how big the role of facility layout design in cutting the distance of material transfer and pressing the cost of material handling. The method used in this research is Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) approach, which is comparing the distance of material transfer between initial layout with proposed layout. The results of this study indicate that the distance of the material flow path on the production floor with proposed layout changed to 71,7 meters, with material handling cost per meter reduced from Rp. 1,105,954 to Rp. 712,402 or decrease as much as 35%. Based on the results of the research, the layout of the proposal is considered more effective and efficient because it can reduce the distance of material transfer and reduce the cost of material handling on the packing/shipping floor.Keywords: Layout Design; Material handling cost; Systematic Layout Planning (SLP)

Cianjur regency is an area that has the potential to develop the regional economy through creative industries-based entrepreneurship. Cianjur is supported by many vocational schools (SMK) with relevant expertise fields to develop regional potential through entrepreneurship. Based on this, it is very important to develop entrepreneurship interest in SMK students in Cianjur by identifying factors that influence student entrepreneur interest. Factors of entrepreneur interest identified in this research are self efficacy and income expectation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of self efficacy and income expectation on student entrepreneurship interest of SMK (Al-Madina, Cianjur). This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to students of SMK Al-Madina Cianjur and using PLS-SEM model in testing. The results showed that the relationship of self efficacy variable to entrepreneurship interest was significant with T-statistics of 2,996 (> 1,96), and the relationship of income expectation variable to entrepreneur interest was significant with T-statistic 4,121 (> 1,96). R-Square value of this research model is 0.228 which shows that there are still other variables that will explain student entrepreneur interest in Cianjur.Keywords: Self efficacy; income expectations; entrepreneurial interest; PLS-SEM

Abstract— PT. Inti bekasi Raya is a company in the contracting sector, founded in 2016. The company is often faced with problems in selecting suppliers of lightweight bricks (hebel) because after the supplier is selected, problems often occur such as poor quality (broken, poor adhesion, moss and others) so that it affects the reduced quantity of hebel. This study aims to determine the most appropriate decision making in selecting hebel suppliers (size 7.5x20x60cm) based on predetermined criteria. The method to be used is Simple Additive Weighing (SAW) by using 5 alternative suppliers and 4 product criteria that have been determined by PT. Inti Bekasi Raya. The product criteria are price, quality, speed of delivery and volume. The ranking result obtained with the largest value is V3 (Akbar Jaya) with a value of 97.87 so that Akbar Jaya was chosen as the best supplier for PT. Innovation performance can be an important indicator for organizations because it can enhance competitive advantage. In the organizational context, the results of innovation can be drawn by increasing efficiency, productivity, quality, competitive advantage, and market development. Micro, small, and medium entreprises (MSMEs) generally have to face challenges such as limited financial resources, sub-optimal operations, inefficient supply chains, limitations in technology application, and unpreparedness in facing competition and market changes. To be able to face this challenge, MSMEs need to take an innovative approach in business operationsThis study aims to improve understanding of the effectiveness of knowledge sharing in organizations. An understanding of knowedge sharing activities through the business innovation process is expected to be able to produce a mechanism to improve MSME performance. Research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires directly and online to SMEs Data processing is done by testing the conceptual model using PLS-SEM.  The conceptual model was tested with 137 samples obtained directly and online from MSME actors. From the test results, it can be seen the factors that encourage knowledge sharing activities so that they can influence business innovation and encourage the performance of MSMEs namely trust, organizational culture, organizational structure, employee attitudes, and motivational methods.
