AbstrakHasil survey pelaksanaan patien safety di RSUP.DR.M.Djamil Padang selalu terjadi peningkatan insiden setiap tahunnya, angka kepatuhan petugas, yaitu 74% (standar 100%). Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis upaya pencapaian standar sasaran keselamatan pasien bagi para profesional pemberi asuhan dalam peningkatan mutu pelayanan di Rawat Inap RSUP Dr.M.Djamil Padang Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dan Focus Group Discusion. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara 17 orang informan yaitu, direktur medik, komite KPRS, pengelola perawatan, kepala ruangan, dokter, perawat, apoteker, ahli gizi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kekurangan SDM keperawatan dan farmasi. Pengadaan sarana yang belum tercukupi seperti handraill, bel, wastafel, tissu. Budaya keselamatan pasien, budaya pelaporan IKP, serta kepatuhan profesional pemberi asuhan dalam implementasi SKP belum optimal, rata-rata capaian 89%. Output belum sesuai target 100%, masih terdapat KTD dan KNC. Kesimpulannya, penerapan sasaran keselamatan pasien bagi profesional pemberi asuhan di rawat inap belum maksimal. Disarankan, pimpinan rumah sakit beserta jajarannya melakukan perbaikan mutu melalui penambahan tenaga, melengkapi sarana, optimalisasi pelaporan insiden, optimalisasi kegiatan monev, meningkatkan pelatihan staf. AbstractBased on the results of the survey on the implementation of patient safety in RSUP. DR. M. Djamil Padang, where patient safety incidents were always increasing every year. The compliance rate of staffs in the application of the six patient safety goals was only 74 % which had not met the standard of 100%. The purpose of this study was to analyze of the achievement of patient safety goals for professional carersimproving the quality of service in Inpatients of Dr. M. Djamil General Padang Hospital.This study used a qualitative method through comprehensive interviews and Focus Gorup Discusion. The data collecting was done by interviewing 17 informants such as the medical director, the secretary of KPRS committee, the nursing manager, the head nurse, the doctor, the nurse, the pharmacist, the nutritionist. The results showed that the number of nursing personnel was less and pharmacy. Procurement of facilities were not yet sufficient such as hand rails, bells, sinks, tissues. The implementation of patient safety culture, incidence of patient safety reporting culture, and professional carers compliance in patient safety goals implementation have not optimal yet with achievement average of 89%. Output is not on target 100%, there are still incidence. It is recommended that the head of the hospital and its directors to conduct improvement of service quality achievement by adding more staffs, completion of facilities, incident reporting optimization, optimizing monitoring and evaluation, improving staff training.
