Potatoes contain antioxidants such as flavonoids, carotenoids and ascorbic acid. High level consumption worldwide makes potato a valuable source of phytonutrients. Developing new potato varieties with high nutritional value in combination with resistance to pathogens is an important task. In this study, 25 interspecific potato hybrids with resistance to Synchytrium endobioticum, common scab, silver scab, rhizoctonia, nematodes and PVY were evaluated for total phenolics, total flavonoids, total carotenoids, ascorbic acid contents and antioxidant activity. The identification of the dominant allele related with yellow flesh color at the Chy locus was also performed by the specific CAPS marker. Total protein content was detected and ranged from 8.19 ± 0.59 to 30.17 ± 4.56 mg/g dry weight (DW). Total starch and total carbohydrate contents were in the range of 9.0–21.0% and 73.21 ± 20.94–676.36 ± 195.28, respectively. Total phenolic content of hybrids varied from 8.45 to 82.75 mg/100 g, and total flavonoids content—from 0.64 to 9.67 mg/100 g DW. It is possible to distinguish samples with high protein and carbohydrate contents, high level of substances with antioxidant activity and characterized by resistance to pathogens. Quality evaluation has shown that some of the samples have a high potential for processing and chip production in combination with high eating qualities. These samples can be used in breeding programs to develope varieties resistant to pathogens and with high nutritional value.
This scientific research is aimed at describing of semantic connotations of the emotional words joy, sadness, happiness, sorrow, anger, love, hatred, fear, envy, jealousy, conscience, hope in the Chinese language. To achieve the stated objective, the authors used the method of the associative experiment as the most convenient way to visualize the linguistic consciousness of native speakers. With its help, one can judge about the features of the human linguistic consciousness functioning and the ways of constructing speech utterances, which are usually not recognized by native speakers and are not identified by other methods of investigation. Associations in this aspect are considered as one of the means of access to the human linguistic consciousness and the construction of the fundamental values of man and the ethos as a whole on their basis. A large number of Chinese students in the People's Friendship University of Russia made it possible to conduct an associative experiment in a computer class where one hundred Chinese respondents aged 17-25, most of whom are atheists and do not represent any confessions, were asked to fill out a questionnaire translated into Chinese. According to the research ethics, the principle of anonymity was respected during the experiment. The questionnaires completed in Chinese were translated into Russian and thoroughly analyzed.
Poultry farming in most countries of the world occupies a leading position among other branches of agricultural production. In recent years, quail breeding has become particularly relevant in Russia and European countries. Intensive growth and development, a short reproduction period, as well as meat and egg productivity, early maturity, high egg production, all this together allows them to be successfully used to obtain high quality products. At the same time, this gives grounds for the competition of quails with chickens for meat and egg productivity. Quail products are recognized as environmentally friendly, easily digestible, a rich source of valuable macro and microelements, as well as a variety of vitamins. In addition, quail eggs are a hypoallergenic product that has tonic properties and contains a large amount of protein. In terms of nutritional properties, quail eggs are healthier than chicken eggs, since they do not contain cholesterol. When growing poultry, no additional costs are required for the prevention of infectious diseases, as well as drugs that accelerate the growth of individuals. Creating optimal microclimate parameters in poultry houses is one of the important conditions for realizing poultry productivity, as well as minimizing the unit costs of material and technical resources. Violation of zoohygienic requirements for keeping quails has a significant impact not only on the productivity of poultry, but also on the health of the personnel working at the factory, as well as on environmental pollution. Microclimate control using an automated system makes it possible to provide optimal conditions for the functioning of the physiological state of individuals, which is reflected in various forms of ethological manifestations, on the reactions of eating behavior.
The introduction of a simplified procedure for obtaining citizenship by persons who are native Russian speakers became a promising innovation in the migration policy of the Russian Federation. The status of native Russian speaker is granted to foreign citizens and persons without citizenship that have passed the interview test. At the present time, a new form of the Russian language exam is already being conducted in a number of testing centres within the Russian Federation, and three exam models have become widely used. In connection with that, the relevant tasks of Russia's current testing practice are as follows: identifying the nature and specifics of the "linguo-didactic interview test of Russian as a foreign language" concept; linguo-didactic analysis and evaluation of the existing models; experimental verification of their effectiveness, testing validity and evaluating materials contained in each model; development and validation of a new complex model of interview tests of
The economic efficiency of intensive animal husbandry on an industrial basis depends on the rational animal keeping, which is largely determined by the availability of optimal microclimate in the premises. Whatever breed and pedigree qualities animals possess, they are unable to maintain health and display their potential hereditary productive abilities without creating the necessary microclimate conditions. In the period of 2018-2020, a survey of 11 farms in Perm Krai was carried out, where respiratory, digestive, skin diseases were found, in some cases stress was observed in animals. The cost of heating livestock premises is generally much lower than losses from murrain, reduced productivity, and feed overruns. Physical properties of the air environment are unstable factors and are subject to large fluctuations. To optimize the microclimate in livestock premises, an algorithm program for computers was developed, which will allow to create a system that provides optimal conditions for keeping and maintenance of animals and improve life safety on livestock farms. In this regard, to improve the conditions of calves and cows’ keeping, a project for managing microclimate parameters on farms in the conditions of Perm Krai has been developed. Microclimate management system was developed on the basis of: the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation dated October 21, 2000 No. 621 “On approval of Veterinary rules for the maintenance of pigs for the purpose of their reproduction, cultivation and sales.” Monitoring is based on automated analysis and regulation of microclimate parameters' indicators. The software and hardware implementation were done on Omron PLC.
