This study demonstrates algorithms that assist municipal administrations to make the best environmental decisions. The algorithms developed by large alpha-class municipal governments with assistance of department of environmental agency data analyst. Mathematical and econometric modeling techniques as well as optimum solution theories adhered to develop a model, and the criteria is functionality, which reflects a balance between maximum profit, comfort in living circumstances, the environment, and the need to avoid a market failure scenario. The ensuing results allow for the most optimal administrative decisions, such as the rate of environmental taxes. The empirical findings show that higher environmental, social and governance performance and digital finance has improved the corporate financing efficiency, as well as the influence of ESG performance on energy efficiency, all at a 1% significance level.

The development of innovative technologies in Russian retail is connected with the change of consumers’ relations models. They acquire a new format, accents and technologies of trade presentation change. Nowadays the omni-channel concept replaces the traditional selling concept. Abstract. The paper presents the investigation of iron-containing deposits at water treatment in the Tomsk water supply intake. The chemical composition of the waters facilitates the formation of deposits in a large amount on the territory of the Tom lower course. A large ground water deposit is located here, and it is used for Tomsk water supply. Currently, the deposit obtained at water treatment is discharged in the Kislovka, and this practice causes a serious environmental problem. The ways of deposit usage are offered in the paper, which will sufficiently increase environmental protection measures on the territory of the Tom lower course.
