Today a lot of research is devoted to migration issues, primarily because of its scale. Previously, this problem attracted economists, sociologists, lawyers, today it is a focus of attention of political scientists and researchers of international relations. Modern globalization processes are affecting the international labor market, creating free space for the movement of labor around the world. The steadily increasing trend of labor migration is accounts for the need to study it in its social, economic and political aspects. Virtual migration refers to a new form of transnational economic integration that does not require workers to literally move in physical space. The main purposes of the article are to analyze the reasons and background of virtual of highly skilled workers. The positive and negative aspects of robotization on employment of highly qualified persons in the conditions of globalized world are determined. The aim of the study is also to find the opportunities that the globalized information space offers today to attract labor to international exchange and to justify on this basis the expediency of new migration orientations and new types of migration. Considering the global problems of labor migration, we note that the process of migration is the so-called indicator of the population's response to changes in the life of any society that happen almost every day.
The paper deals with the study and description of various types of German jokes about women on the Internet. An attempt is made to outline the place of this genre in discursive linguistics, as well as to define humorous media discourse. The research aims to provide a classification of jokes about women found in the German-language Internet space. The scientific novelty lies in taking a new approach to the definition of media space jokes as a part of humorous media discourse, as well as in systematizing jokes about women taking into account the way they are communicated on the Internet. As a result, based on the practical material (more than 500 plots featuring women), two main groups have been identified: jokes-borrowings that have found their way to the Internet from other spheres of communication and media jokes. It has been revealed that the humorous plots belonging to the first group prevail on the Internet (70% of the practical material), these are represented by either an independent text on Internet sites or by an image with a text field. All the examples, in turn, have a different structure: short stories, short dialogues, humorous questions and maxims. The jokes belonging to the second group (30% of the material) are creolized humorous texts, among which there are demotivators, memes, advice, comics, chats.
Данная статья посвящена выявлению, изучению и систематизации гендерных стереотипов о женщине на основе современных немецких анекдотов, транслируемых в сети Интернет, а также тенденций их дальнейшего развития. Методом сплошной выборки были собраны более 550 юмористических сюжетов, в которых одним из действующих персонажей является женщина (или о ней идет речь) и в которых выявлен ряд гендерных стереотипов о женщине различных тематических областей. Установлено, что данные анекдоты в зависимости от формы презентации в сети функционируют в двух форматах: традиционном и инновационном. На основе анализа научной литературы определены наиболее характерные для немецкого общества стереотипные представления о женщине. Сравнив полученные данные теоретического и практического материала, установили, что в немецком медиапространстве транслируются в основном негативные женские стереотипные черты. Вместе с тем прослеживается, что некоторые стереотипы устаревают, а им на смену приходят новые, более современные. Выявлены три основные тенденции развития гендерных стереотипов: к традиционным сферам добавляются свежие аспекты; возникают совершенно новые темы; появляется «женский взгляд» на современный мир с использованием непривлекательного образа мужчины.
The main purposes of the article are to analyze the concept of intellectual migrant, to consider the features of international migration of highly skilled workers, problems and consequences of intellectual migration, to study the factors affecting the migrant in a new environment using the U-shaped Lysgaard curve, to determine the features and causes of migration from Ukraine. The basic migration directions of the Ukrainian students for study and outflow of highly qualified personnel abroad are considered in the article. The main directions and centers of migrant flows in the world are analyzed.
