Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu quasi eksperimen. desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu one group pretest-postest design. populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 8 Rejang Lebong. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Uji coba instrument yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisa data menggunakan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan Kartu Remi Berhitung (Karetung) pada operasi hitung terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara penggunaan Karetung terhadap kemampuan berhitung siswa SDN 8 Kabupaten Rejang Lebong dengan nilai thit = 48,66 dan thitung ≥ ttabel yaitu 48,66 ≥ 1,68 sehingga H0 ditolak yang artinya H1 diterima. Adapun hasil observasi pada pertemuan I menunjukkan bahwa siswa masih kurang memperhatikan penjelasan guru tentang materi, siswa masih melakukan kecurangan pada permainan math games seperti mencabut kartu sebanyak dua kali, masih salah berhitung dalam bermain yaitu disebabkan karena masih kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam berhitung sehingga menyebabkannya kesulitan dalam menurunkan kartu remi saat gilirannya memberikan kartu dan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dalam bermain (lembar observasi terlampir). Adapun hasil observasi pada pertemuan II telah menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik daripada pertemuan I dimana siswa lebih cepat bermain karena telah terbiasa dengan operasi hitung yang diberikan.
Drug abuse in adolescents is increasingly margined, drug abuse can cause a variety of negative impacts. Understanding is one of the most important aspects in the prevention of drug abuse. This research aims to determine the understanding of adolescents in SMK Negeri 9 Padang on the Dangers of Drug Abuse. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The population of this research was 435 students of class X of SMK Negeri 9 Padang. The research sample was 204 students. Based on research results 145 students (71%) Have an understanding of the dangers of drugs in the sufficient category, 55 students (27%) In good category, and 4 students (2%) In the less category. Understanding of students in SMK Negeri 9 Padang, the majority of which are in sufficient category and some students are in the category of less must be sought to be more improved.
Lalu lintas orang yang keluar dan masuk ke dalam wilayah sebuah negara adalah suatu hal yang tidak dapat dihindarkan oleh negara di dunia termasuk negara Indonesia. Hal itu dipicu oleh adanya beberapa faktor seperti ekonomi dan budaya yang dapat mendorong terjadinya sebuah lalu lintas manusia, yang kemudian dapat disebut dengan keimigrasian. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskripitf denga mengacu pada sumber-sumber litaratur terpercaya yang berhubungan dengan topik atau pemahaman yang hendak dikaji. Ada pun hasil dari penelitia ini menjelaskan bahwa; Indonesia pada aspek keimigrasian nya sendiri telah menganut ketentuan pada asas kebijakan selektif dalam pelaksanaan keimigrasian, yang menjadi tanggung jawab dari dari Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi, di bawah lindungan dari Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Indonesia. Kebijakan selektif yang diterapkan Indonesia sebagai sebuah asas menjadi sebuah dasar dari pelaksanaan pemeriksaan pada imigrasi yang dilakukan di tempat pemeriksaan imigrasi, yang terbantang di tiap titik akses lalu lalang manusia di Indonesia.
Teachers are expected to guide students to achieve optimal development through teaching-learning process especially to students who face difficulties at school; for instance, unstabilize their emotion. Because of this unstable emotion, it is impacted to relationship harmony between teacher and the students itself. The goal of this article to discuss teachers’ effort in guiding emotion of students in the scope of: teenager and their developmental duties, emotional development and youngster’ emotional maturity, teacher/parent efforts in fostering adolescent development.
This study examines the representation of Jombang district as a santri city. The purpose of this study is to describe the extent to which the representation of the mention of Jombang district as a santri city is examined from the use of language in public spaces that can reflect these nicknames. The data in this study are forty forms of language use on billboards, shop names, road signs, and general signs on other roads that can reflect the designation of Jombang district as a santri city. This is a qualitative descriptive research. The theory used is the basic theory from Landry and Bourhis (1997) which focuses on the study of landscape linguistics which refers to information functions and symbolic functions. The results showed that there were five ways of representing Jombang as a santri city, namely (1) representation through naming shops, buildings, and community groups using Arabic which was written using Latin letters, (2) representation through naming streets, alleys, and institutions using names. family or the founder of the Islamic boarding school, (3) representation through the provision of special information for the boarding school students, (4) representation through the promotion of Islamic boarding school-based schools, and (5) representation through other objects. The methods of representation are divided into six categories of language signs in public spaces, namely in the category of road signs, advertising or promotional signs, warning signs, building names, information signs, and objects. There were also factors that influenced the presence of language signs in public spaces that represented Jombang as a santri city, namely (1) being close to the boarding school area, (2) following trend which is done by other subjects around the boarding school, (3) the need for the existence of an institution, and (4) information facilities for the general public.
