<p>The Covid-19 pandemic has changed students consumer behavior from offline to online. The problem in this research is how students’ consumer behavior in online shopping in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, and the modification of consumer behavior due to regulations and procedures for shopping and buying the products they need. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method. This study is a quantitative research using a survey method. Sampling was done by stratified random sampling, the number of those students FISIP UNS involved as many as 80 people. The results and conclusions of research show that in online shopping, there is a modification of consumer behavior related student needs product, information search, evaluation prior to purchase or an alternative choice, and in the decision to buy or use the product.</p>
The research aims to determine students' critical thinking skills through the implementation of the guided inquiry laboratory learning model on the reaction rate material, including the implementation of the syntax of the guided inquiry laboratory learning model, student activities, student cognitive learning outcomes, students' critical thinking skills, and student responses. This research was carried out using a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design research model at a public high school (SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya) Indonesia. The instruments used in this research were the validity sheet of the learning set, research instruments, and learning set. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative analysis methods. Students' critical thinking skills can be trained by implementing the guided inquiry laboratory learning model. Implementing the syntax of the guided inquiry learning model in 3 meetings shows the average percentage at meetings 1, 2, and 3 with very good criteria. Relevant student activities in the learning process at meetings 1, 2, and 3 of sessions A and B are most dominant. Students' cognitive learning outcomes are classically complete. Students' critical thinking skills increased with medium and high criteria (5) Student responses to learning using a guided inquiry laboratory and practicing essential thinking skills obtained a positive response.
This research aims to identify the communication competencies needed by college graduates to face the gig economy era. In addition, this research will look at the latest trends in required competencies in the gig economy era. These competencies are essential to discuss because graduates in the COVID-19 era need to adapt to the needs of the industry and a disruptive work environment. Using a case study method, we conducted this research with six informants' purposive sampling data collection techniques and in-depth interviews. In addition, we also conducted interviews with informants who have different types of gig jobs to enrich the research results. The results of this study are that the communication competencies needed are public speaking, creative writing, networking, and good teamwork in separated team. However, communication competence alone is not enough. The research informants also added that universities must also change and teach various other competencies such as how to read and negotiate contracts and look at job trends and minimum salaries for gig workers in these fields.***Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kompetensi komunikasi yang dibutuhkan lulusan perguruan tinggi untuk menghadapi era gig economy. Selain itu, penelitian ini akan melihat tren terkini kompetensi yang dibutuhkan di era gig economy. Kompetensi tersebut penting untuk dibahas karena lulusan di era COVID-19 perlu beradaptasi dengan kebutuhan industri dan lingkungan kerja yang disruptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data purposive sampling dan wawancara mendalam pada enam informan. Peneliti melakukan wawancara dengan informan yang memiliki jenis pekerjaan gig berbeda agar memperkaya hasil penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kompetensi komunikasi yang dibutuhkan adalah kemampuan berbicara di depan umum, menulis kreatif, berjaringan, serta bekerja sama dalam tim yang terpisah. Namun, kompetensi komunikasi saja tidak cukup. Para informan penelitian juga menambahkan bahwa perguruan tinggi juga harus berubah dan mengajarkan berbagai kompetensi lain, seperti cara membaca dan menegosiasi kontrak, serta melihat tren pekerjaan dan gaji minimum pekerja gig di bidang tersebut.
Kewirausahaan masyarakat memerlukan banyak dukungan dari institusi perguruan tinggi. Salah satunya adalah transfer pengetahuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Ponggok. Kegiatan pengabdian ini melatih mitra untuk dapat menerapkan komunikasi pemasaran terpadu dalam usaha olahan ikan. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah mitra menyadari pentingnya mengimplementasikan komunikasi pemasaran terpadu yang mana dapat membantu untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan meningkatkan kualitas usaha mereka.
