Covid-19 pandemic creates the climate change of work in various sector, one of them is National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This research aims to disclose the performance of BAZNAS during the pandemic. This research was conducted in the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) office in Sinjai Regency. This type of research was qualitative with a case study method. The data collection method used was observation, interviews and documentation. The informant this research consisted of two people the executive of BAZNAS Sinjai and three people of Muzakki. The result of this research demonstrates that BAZNAS conducts the zakat pick-up service and maximizes the performance through online services within paying and collecting of zakat, infaq, and shadaqah for the Covid-19 pandemic age. In addition, strategies of campaign and communication to society is undertaken by utilizing online media platforms such as Whatsapp, Facebook, and Twitter. Over the pandemic age. The use of the platform and online service over the pandemic age actually increases the receipt of zakat, infaq, and shadaqah in BAZNAS Sinjai
The objectives of this study are as follows: 1) To determine the comparison to what extent the position of adopted children in inheriting the assets of their adoptive parents according to Western law, compilation of Islamic law and customary law of the Bugis tribe in Wolo District, Kolaka Regency. 2) To find out what are the obstacles in the application of inheritance distribution according to Western Law, Compilation of Islamic Law and Customary Law of the Bugis Tribe in Wolo District, Kolaka Regency. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) Comparing the extent to which the position of adopted children in inheriting the assets of their adoptive parents according to Western law, the Compilation of Islamic Law and Customary Law of the Bugis Tribe in Wolo District, Kolaka Regency is as follows: In Islamic law, adoption does not have legal consequences in terms of blood relations, guardian-guardianship and inheritance relationships with adoptive parents. He remains the heir of his biological parents and the child continues to use the name of his biological father.Meanwhile, according to the West Inheritance Law are: In Staatblaad 1917 No. 129, the legal consequence of adoption is that the child legally acquires the name of the adoptive father, becomes the child born from the marriage of the adoptive parents and becomes the heir of the adoptive parents. That is, as a result of the appointment, all civil relations are cut off, which originates from the offspring due to birth, namely between the biological parents and the child.Meanwhile, according to the Customary Law of the Bugis tribe, they are as follows: When using customary institutions, the determination of inheritance for adopted children depends on the applicable customary law. Especially the Bugis tribal law thatIf the adopted child is obtained from his/her own family environment, it will result in an unbroken relationship between the child and the biological parents in family relations and assets. And if the adopted child is adopted from the environment outside the family, it can result in the relationship between the adopted child and the biological parents being cut off, especially in relation to assets or inheritance. 2) What are the obstacles in the application of inheritance distribution according to Western Law, Compilation of Islamic Law and Customary Law of the Bugis Tribe in Wolo District, Kolaka Regency, namely: because of the lack of legal education for the community in the process of legalizing adopted children, Lack of public understanding and awareness in the process of distributing inheritance.
ABSTRAKSekolah sebagai institusi pendidikan merupakan salah satu target utama yang dilibatkan dalam pengelolaan lingkungan hidup melalui implementasi dalam menerapkan konsep ramah lingkungan pada fasilitas pendidikan. Implementasi konsep ramah lingkungan pada dasarnya telah dikembangkan oleh berbagai sekolah yang lebih populer dengan istilah green school. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian diskriptif kuantitatif dengan responden yaitu 30 orang kepala SD negeri dan 30 orang kepala SD swasta di Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi kuesioner, pengamatan langsung dan dokumentasi ke sekolah yang bersangkutan. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik dari penelitian ini adalah 1). Tingkat keberhasilan implementasi konsep ramah lingkungan pada fasilitas pendidikan SD di Jakarta termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, baik untuk ketersediaan maupun peningkatan kualitas. 2) Tidak ada perbedaan tingkat keberhasilan implementasi konsep ramah lingkungan pada fasilitas pendidikan Sekolah Dasar di Jakarta antara SD negeri dan SD swasta.ABSTRACTIndonesia is a big banana producer, 50% of Asian banana production producedby Indonesia and production continues to increase every year. The aim of the training is to increase knowledge andthe skills of teenage girls in managing banana midribinto Bossara with dragon scales decoration. The skills of teenage girls in treating banana midribbecome bossarawith dragon scales decoration, reduce the unemployment rate, do empowerment. Methodwhich is used by giving a theoretical explanation and then applying itby practicing directly making bossara. The results of this training activity are(1) teenage girls have a high level of knowledge to carry out waste managementof the banana midrib becomes bossara with dragon scales decoration, and (2) teenage girls have skillsto make various models of bossarawith dragon scales decoration.
