This paper examined empirically financial integration impact on Nigeria economic growth volatility. Specifically, it identified some of the major key variables through which financial integration influence growth volatility in Nigeria. Three research hypotheses were stated from which an empirical model was formulated to link the influence of financial integration using economic output as explained variable and degree of openness, foreign private investment, exchange rate foreign debt as explanatory variables over the period of 1987– 2019. Multiple regression analysis was employed to estimate the relevant variables. In addition, we tested for stationarity and determined long run association between the variables of the models. The work also reconciled the disequilibrium which exists in the short and long run relationships of the variables in the models. The result showed a non-significant degree of openness but positively associated with gross domestic product. Foreign private investment was strongly and statistically significant to gross domestic product. It was therefore recommended that for Nigeria financial sector services to take substantial benefits of broad participation in globalization, the provision of sound macroeconomic policy framework with high degree of certainty of the future of investment is needed.
This is an empirical study focusing on the impact of recycling sustainability on Nigeria's performance. To achieve the goals of this study, samples from 10 publishers in four major cities in Delta were taken. These cities include Asaba, Warri, Sapele and Obara. Given that Nigeria is a regional publishing centre in West Africa and newspaper publications are sold throughout the region, Nigeria's educational book publishers also dominate the regional market. The industry accounts for about 10% of GDP and is one of the fastest-growing companies in the manufacturing industry. Unfortunately, Nigeria does not produce most of the raw materials for the release. All paper materials used in Nigeria are imported, reducing the reliability of sources and increasing costs. In addition, the Nigerian publishing industry faces a high percentage of waste and returns. This study focused on the impact of recycling sustainability adoption as a possible solution to lower raw material costs, higher costs and higher response rates. We used a stratified random sampling approach and a descriptive study design. The survey was distributed as a data collection tool, which was pre-tested and informed about the design and layout of the survey before the final test began. To test the hypothesis, we conducted data analysis and expressed results and recommendations for solving the research agenda. The results show that if recycling sustainability is adopted and implemented in Nigeria, it will have a positive and significant impact on organizational performance.

The results revealed that effective planning has a relationship with organizational productivity and that effective planning lead to employee’s performance in an organization. Therefore, the study concludes and recommends that managers time and attention is that of improving productivity in manufacturing firms which is very important for both survival and maintenance attaining goals of the firms, therefore the organizations should measure productivity on how well resources are combined and utilized to accomplish specific desirable results to be able to achieve its objectives on organizational need, articulate its strategies and carefully pursue them.
