Today English plays an important role in the development of education. In response to advances and develops the education in this globalization era, English bridges communication among people around the world. The ability to communicate in English becomes crucial. The development in education as an impact of globalization significantly influence the process of teaching and learning concept. Bilingual education becomes necessary, it can stimulate the cognitive ability especially on cognitive function, it can also motivate the bilingual program. Education as a conscious effort to build and develop the quality of human resources and one popular education system promote bilingual education becomes a choice by parents. Using bilingual education become popular and be needed. Indonesian educational policies see this phenomenon as a new modern solution to be practiced in Indonesia's education system for many years. For these reasons, the purpose of writing this library research article paper is to elaborate and give understanding about bilingual eduacation in Indonesia for certain time. The article start with the differences between bilingual and bilingualism, the relation of the bilingual process with executive function, the practice of bilingual education in Indonesia compared by the national standardized school, the challenges and solutions concerning the policy and practices in language teaching and learning focused on bilingual education in Indonesia. The present article employ a descriptive qualitative approach from reputable references which is relevant to the topics.
To maintain and improve competitiveness, exploring potentials and innovations to survive in the competition aimed at attracting student interest and gaining public recognition at the national and global levels (World Class University), universities must improve employee engagement. Because high employee engagement is a source of organizational competitive advantage in achieving its vision, mission, main goals and implementing organizational strategies at the global level. To improve employee engagement with improving HRM Practices. In this study, testing the effect of HRM practices on employee engagement with clan culture as a moderating variable. The results of these tests are expected to be a reference for organizations to improve employee engagement. Questionnaires were distributedto 154 employees of universities in Surabaya with varying criteria. After the questionnaires were collected, statistical tests were performed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of statistical testing found that employee engagement are influenced by training & development, performance appraisal and compensation. Meanwhile, clan culture only moderates the relation between compensation for employee engagement, and does not moderate the relations between training & development and performance appraisal on employee engagement. Results of this study may be employed as a policy consideration and further contribute to the literature of management studies.

So the need for an effective and efficient Vehicle Claim Submission information system with a computerized website-based system, to help expedite the management of Vehicle Claim Submission information. The pandemic caused by COVID-19 is still ongoing after nearly two years. The hope that the pandemic will be over soon is beginning to emerge. The successful development of a COVID-19 vaccine is one of the efforts to combat the pandemic. Vaccination programs that are available to the general public do not always run smoothly. The vaccination program was overshadowed by a number of issues and polemics. The purpose of this research is to see how the community reacts to the COVID-19 vaccination program. Data was collected using ethnographic research methods in Kalipare Village, Malang Regency, between October and November 2021. Random informants and interviews were conducted on members of the community and health professionals. The analysis was carried out by categorizing the data related to the community's fear, willingness, or doubt in participating in this program. According to the findings of this research, public rejection, fear, and doubt occur as a result of: a lack of public confidence in the vaccine's effects; a lack of trust in institutions; and the assumption that vaccines can cause illness and death. Typically, research on vaccine scepticism is followed by a refusal to participate in the program, but the findings of this research show the opposite. People continue to participate in the vaccination program despite their lack of faith, doubt, and fear.
