This paper was prepared to analyze the scientific trends of research on Agile IT Governance through bibliometric studies in the Scopus and Google Scholar databases. From the search results using Publish or Perish in 2016 to 2021, samples were obtained consisting of 132 documents in the Scopus database and 962 documents in the Google Scholar database. The results of querying five years of data showed that scientific publications on Agile IT Governance had increased significantly since 2016. Based on the Scopus database, researchers from Germany contributed the most documents on Agile IT Governance. Still, the number of citations was dominated by the UK for research on this topic. Then, the visualization of research trends on Agile IT Governance also resulted in four clusters of co-occurrence from Scopus and Google Scholar, which lead into some topic areas mentioned in the result; 1) Agile IT Governance management in the world, 2) Agile IT Governance in relating to digital innovation and digital transformation, 3) Agile IT Governance in implementing technological and environmental innovations, and 4) Agile IT Governance in relating to its effect and benefit to society. The findings in this study will undoubtedly help related researchers recognize trends in Agile IT Governance research globally and recommend directions for further research in the future. – In 2020 the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted all working area aspect, which requires every organization to make changes quickly and adaptively. Companies are accelerating the use of digital technology, including changing the way they work. This research is focused on analyzing employee performance when there is a change in the way of working from the office to a remote way of working from different locations in the new normal era. This qualitative research uses a phenomenological method approach that utilizes interviews as a means to collect the necessary data and is combined with a netnographic method approach to explore data on the internet. This employee performance analysis is carried out in IT-based organizations, where employees as audiences and managers are considered as parties who can provide performance appraisals with changes in work methods to remote work patterns in the new normal era, as well as its relation to the readiness of technology and its impact on employee performance. The evaluation results show that employee performance is also influenced by the readiness of supporting technology, where in the new normal era with remote work patterns, of course, have challenges in implementing comfortable and safe remote access, so that all activities may run well and smoothly.
This paper aims to analyze research trends of Digital Innovation in Banking scientifically through bibliometric studies. Initial data were collected using Publish or Perish from 2011 to 2021 by searching for published papers indexed by Crossref, Google Scholar, Microsoft Academic, and Scopus database. The results show that scientific publications of Digital Innovation in Banking have increased gradually since 2016. The Scopus database is used because it contains journals and conference proceedings deemed more relevant by the academic community with detailed DOIs. VOSviewer and Microsoft excel were used as the tools to analyze co-authorship, co-occurrence, and citation obtained from the Scopus database. The visualization of the research trends of Digital Innovation in Banking resulted in three co-occurrence clusters leading to some of the topic areas mentioned in the results; 1) Digital Innovation in Banking related to the technology implementation and environmental innovations, 2) Digital Innovation in Banking business management in the world, and 3) Digital Innovation in Banking in relating to its effect and benefit to society. Technology is rapidly changing the financial services industry, especially banks. Digital innovation resulting from the use of digital technology will help banking improve customer experience and maintain banking performance. These study findings will help researchers recognize the research trends of Digital Innovation in Banking globally and suggest future research directions.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
