This paper's purpose is an attempt to examine the taxation policies enacted onto international mining companies operating in both Mongolia and Kazakhstan (being geographic neighbours) and both nations have a similarity within their respective extraction of raw minerals and other precious metals/resources therein. In addition, this body of research will display a succinct deviation in one country's corporation tax policy compared to the other; how it has created the "phoenix from the ashes" scenario between Astana-Kazakhstan and the meagre resourced outcome for development in Ulaanbaatar-Mongolia. The data will also illustrate how a nation's gathering of revenue, has been undermined due to the pressure from international mining companies, which are indeed supported by foreign entities. Therefore, highlighting the differences in policy in corporation taxation within two neighbouring administrations. This report will objectively compare mining extraction quantities and projected revenues concurrently via confirmed cited testimonials from official governmental respected offices of statistics inclusive of the contributions from notable audit firms involved with the data collection cum archiving. The data therein would confirm this paper's findings within empirical validity via Standard Error projections within the subject matter's hypothesis and subsequently determine data mining findings.

The world is hit by another pandemic that has created a global threat. The Coronavirus disease of 2019 has affected the entire human existence. The virus has taken over 1 million lives within 10 months. Governments are scrambling with different laws and regulations such as shelter-in-place orders, curfew, social distancing, mask-wearing, cancellation of public events, and traveling bans. These guidelines have helped reduce the spread and transmission of the virus in many countries, including some states in America. However, the virus has not only impacted lives, it has severally touched the agriculture, economy, and environment as well. This paper reviews the historical, origin, and mode of transmission of the COVID-19 and its impacts on human activities. On food production, it has created massive food insecurity around the world, especially in developing economies, resulting to collapse of small businesses and rising unemployment. Similarly, the environment has been largely impacted by improving ambient air quality and contributing to global waste management problems. Overall, the rate of increase in both atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2) dropped. On the other hand, the planet has seen over 200 metric tons of medical waste per day since the outbreak of the virus. Finally, doctors, scientists and farmers need to work together to reduce the impact of COVID-19 on human survival in all aspects. Therefore, this paper provides review of the COVID-19 pandemic, its effect on humans, environment, economy, agriculture, employment, and the potential mitigations to address the challenges of the pandemic in the near future.

Furthermore, this study will illustrate the decline of a unipolar world additionally via the US Dollar weaponization policies, resulting in denying sovereign states their dignity, from continuing confirmed illegal punitive sanctions. Thirdly, has both the three-year [SARS-CoV-2] pandemic, and the following Ukraine conflict, exposed the West’s true nature of an immoral gambit’s true nature more publicly? Referring to “The Acronyms Club”: US, UN, EU, NATO, IMF, WB and the OSCE, -has it been exposed within its hegemonic conduct, since the cessation of the Cold War? Fourth, it will be confirmed via documented history and acts recently that the UN Charter System i.e., Articles 3, 6, have been ignored on many fronts, consequently, the organization has become redundant and untruthful in today’s epoch. Fifth, this objectional hypothesis will notate the historic factors which has led to distrust of western society, by eastern states; mainly due to its Western leadership of false promises with misinformation. Thus, has Russia’s action exposed an inflection point within the West and neo-liberal economic policy? Finally, the hypothesis being, why had the Russian Federation, purposely venture into Ukrainian territory, via “Special Military Operations” and was there provocation prior to doing so? Finally, has the Acronyms Club inadvertently created a “Cold War” 2.0 within Eastern reviewed trading practice?
