In view of the deficiencies in traditional visual water surface object detection, such as the existence of non-detection zones, failure to acquire global information, and deficiencies in a single-shot multibox detector (SSD) object detection algorithm such as remote detection and low detection precision of small objects, this study proposes a water surface object detection algorithm from panoramic vision based on an improved SSD. We reconstruct the backbone network for the SSD algorithm, replace VVG16 with a ResNet-50 network, and add five layers of feature extraction. More abundant semantic information of the shallow feature graph is obtained through a feature pyramid network structure with deconvolution. An experiment is conducted by building a water surface object dataset. Results showed the mean Average Precision (mAP) of the improved algorithm are increased by 4.03%, compared with the existing SSD detecting Algorithm. Improved algorithm can effectively improve the overall detection precision of water surface objects and enhance the detection effect of remote objects.
With the continuous development of information technology, the rapid progress of the Internet and computer technology, the life of the public has become convenient, fast, intelligent. A lot of computer software has gradually penetrated into people’s work and life, playing an important role in every field. Similarly, Internet technology also plays a very important role in meteorological services, making a great contribution to the improvement of information processing efficiency in the integrated services of meteorological departments. To a certain extent, the application of Internet in meteorological services improves the quality of comprehensive meteorological services. This paper discusses the current situation of the integrated meteorological service, analyzes how the Internet should be applied in the integrated meteorological service and the requirements for its use, looks forward to the future, and considers the application effect of the Internet in the integrated meteorological service in the future
Abstract. for electronic seal of smart meter with special appearance and light weight ,a batch testing equipmentis designed to write program into seal and test automatically , which will increase the testing efficiency of electronic seam installed in meter. The arrange part being consist of vibrating plate , sliding guide and blow pipe realize the auto arrangement of many seals. Then, the seal slide down and stop at the given position with the assistance of photoelectronic sensors and breechblocks. The circuit board write data into seal and finish the testing. Finally ,the seal is put into slider and move into the appointed box according the testing result. The mechanical action are carried out by controller of equipment, such as start, stop, stick in and out, etc. the host computer send writing order to the circuit board. The working state of equipmentcan be shown on the liquid crystal screen installed on the device. The equipmentcan write data to 300 seals every hour automatically without participation of human. the use of this equipmentcan decrease the cost of test operator and increase the efficiency and accuracy of testing.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
