<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Este estudio tuvo por objeto identificar si el personal docente de la Escuela Primaria “Hermanos Galeana” lleva a cabo un manejo adecuado de fracturas al presentarse en sus alumnos. Fueron encuestados 21 profesores que pertenecen al turno vespertino, se diseñó un cuestionario de 14 reactivos, los cuales abarcan un panorama general acerca de los conocimientos y habilidades para la atención y manejo de fracturas, el conocimiento de las características de las fracturas y sobre las acciones a realizar durante el manejo de fracturas.</span></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">El 86%de los docentes no han recibido capacitación reciente (3 años) en primeros auxilios, a pesar de dicha situación, el 80.95% respondió que en caso de presentarse un accidente ellos se acercan al accidentado, si éste responde solicitan ayuda, dicha acción es la más adecuada a realizar en este caso, por lo que se podría decir que su sentido común les ayuda a atender la situación de emergencia, pero esto no es lo adecuado.</span></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Los resultados obtenidos muestran que en la Escuela Primaria “Hermanos Galeana”, no es adecuado el manejo de fracturas que brinda el personal docente hacia los alumnos debido a que los profesores no tienen una capacitación programada sobre dicho tema; por lo cual no pueden brindar un servicio de urgencia oportuno y eficiente, lo que permite disminuir los daños a la salud, complicaciones por invalidez, costos de operación e incluso en casos remotos la propia muerte.</span></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none;"> </p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">SUMMARY</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;"><span lang="EN-US">This study aimed to identify if teachers of Elementary School “Hermanos Galeana” has a proper</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;"><span lang="EN-US">management of fractures to occur their students.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;"><span lang="EN-US">Surveyed 21 teachers that belong to the afternoon shift, it was designed a questionnaire of 14 reactive, that include an overview about the knowledge and skills for the care and management of fractures, the knowledge of the characteristics of the fractures and the actions to be performed during the management of fractures.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;"><span lang="EN-US">86 % of teachers have not received recent training (3 years) in first aid, despite this situation, 80.95% answered that in the event of an accident they approach the victim, if he responds seeking help, such action is right to do in this case, so it could say that common sense will help meet the emergency, but this is not appropriate.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;"><span lang="EN-US">The results show that in the Elementary School “Hermanos Galena” is not appropriate fracture</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;"><span lang="EN-US">management provided by the teachers towards students because they do not have a scheduled</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;"><span lang="EN-US">trainning on the subject, that’s why they can’t provide an efficient and opportune emergency service, which helps to reduce health damages, disability complications, costs of operation and even in remote cases death.</span></p></span></span></span></p>
