In this paper, optimal sizing of Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) in Microgrid (MG) is proposed. MG includes photovoltaic (PV)/wind hybrid system with storage energy system that contains electrolyzer, hydrogen tank, fuel cell and battery. Wind power uncertainty is proposed and reliability index is considered as a constraint. Particles Swarm Optimization (PSO) Algorithm is used to obtain global optimal solutions. A study case is chosen and the best combination of DERs is obtained.
