This study concerns on the weaknesses found in floating jump service technique in volleyball training at Universitas Negeri Padang. Thus, this study aims to develop a floating jump service for volleyball. The type of research is developmental research using Borg and Gall model by collecting data on needs analysis which was then used as a basis for making models. The results of the analysis showed that the average percentage of validation results taken from volleyball training experts was 85.07% and from athletes was 79.97%, t test = 2,423 > t table = 1.708. The results interpret that: 1) the Floating jump serve technique model is in accordance with the principles of floating jump service practice, 2) the model is effective to improve floating jump serve ability, 3) the model is feasible and is ready for mass-produced as a guidance in carrying out the training process especially for floating jump serve.
Volleyball is an interesting sport, because in it there is an impression of cheap, easy and has its own charm. Technically, volleyball tends to be complex, because there are various movements that are combined simultaneously from the upper body, upper or lower body motion. The thing is a volleyball athlete has good physical condition so he can survive each set. This research belongs to descriptive research. This study is to see the results of a review of the physical condition of West Sumatra pra pon volleyball athletes in 2018. The population in this study was 27 male volleyball athletes and 27 female volleyball athletes, so the total population was 54 people. The sampling technique is total sampling, that is the total population. Based on the results of research related to the description of the physical condition level of male and female volleyball athletes PRA PON West Sumatra in 2018 which includes: speed, sit-ups, push-ups, leg muscle power and endurance, it can be concluded that: Overall average the average physical condition level of men's volleyball athletes PRA PON West Sumatra 2018 is in the adequate classification and the average level of physical condition of the female volleyball athletes PRA PON West Sumatra 2018 is in the sufficient classification.

Didirikannya pusat sport entrepreneur ini diharapkan nantinya dapat berkembang secara baik dengan menampung instansi olahraga, kalangan umum yang membutuhkan barang dan jasa yang berkaitan dengan peralatan olahraga dan kebugaran serta menjadi satu-satunya pusat sport entrepreneur di Sumatera Barat. Target utama dari klien yang akan menggunakan jasa dari sport entrepreneur adalah seluruh cabang olahraga yang nantinya akan disosialisasikan dalam program kegiatan berjalan.
