Understanding human resource development strategies in good governance service practices are essential. For this reason, we have reviewed several study pieces of evidence to add to the enrichment of our study. The reading sources we are looking for are data-based sources from Google scholars, ERIC publications, and other literature sources. Furthermore, we take the analysis stage by involving the coding system, evaluation, data extract, in-depth interpretation, and drawing conclusions that are valid findings and high reliability because these findings have answered the questions and danced the hypothesis of this study. We depend on secondary data and descriptive qualitative study designs. Based on the discussion of the findings data, we can conclude that the HR governance strategy working in public service organizations is not only required for superior competence, technical skills, and mastery of the underlying laws and regulations, but they are state apparatuses that are even more crucial in shaping mental and behavioral professional, friendly in nurturing, honest, sympathetic, wise, intelligent, and highly responsible.

Sebagai tokoh yang memiliki nama besar, Abu Yusuf memiliki karya fenomenal dalam bidang pajak, yaitu kitab Al-Kharaj. Kitab yang ditulis atas permintaan Khalifah Harun Ar-Rasyid ini digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam pengelolaan pajak. Sebagai salah satu sektor penting dalam penerimaan negara, pajak seharusnya tidak mendzolimi masyarakat dari besaran presentasenya. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejarah penulisan kitab Al-Kharaj  dan isi kitabnya. Selain itu, tulisan ini juga untuk mengetahui konsep pajak yang ditulis Abu Yusuf dan utilitasnya dengan ekonomi saat ini.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metodologi pemikiran tokoh yang dilacak dari sikap, tulisan atau pun tanggapan pada suatu kasus fenomena yang terjadi pada masa itu. Untuk mengetahui latar belakang pemikiran Abu Yusuf tidak bisa mengesampingkan beberapa faktor yang ada, baik faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal yang menjadi pemicunya. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pemikiran Abu Yusuf tentang pajak menjadi salah satu konsep yang dilaksanakan hingga saat ini. Konsepnya dipakai dan diaplikasikan dalam menentukan presentase penerimaan pajak oleh negara. Konsep Al-Kharaj digunakan dalam sektor penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB), bea cukai. Kata kunci: Abu Yusuf, Kitab Al-Kharaj, Pajak, Pendapatan Negara   As a well-known figure, Abu Yusuf has written a phenomenal work in taxation studies, namely al-Kharaj. This book which written at the request of the Caliph Harun ar-Rashid is used as a guide in tax management efforts. As one of the important sectors in state revenue, taxes should not deceive the public from their percentage. The article aims to find out the context of Al-Kharaj and its contents. Therefore, this study seeks to reveal the thoughts of Abu Yusuf and his background which were traced through his attitudes, writings, and responses to a case that occurred at that time. In addition, the paper is also to find out the tax concept initiated by Abu Yusuf and its practice in economic conditions' today. The results of this study found that Abu Yusuf's thought about taxes is one of the concepts that is still used today. This concept is applied in determining the percentage of tax revenue by the state. The Al-Kharaj concept is also used in the land and building tax (PBB) and customs revenue sectors.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of women in improving the family economy, especially women who work as shallot retail workers. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely formulating a data obtained from words or sentences separated according to the intended category to obtain conclusions. The results of this study conclude that women have a role in helping the family economy. The main reasons why women have to work outside rather than domestic work are economic reasons and self-actualization to help their husbands. The economic demands of the family caused these women to choose to become laborers. Helping husband's finances, to pay needs, and pay arisan.

Mahasiswa adalah agen perubahan. Sebagai calon penerus perubahan dan kemajuan negara, mempersiapkan pendidkan dengan sebaik-baiknya adalah sebuah tanggung jawab yang besar. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini sebagai bagian dari tri dharma perguruan tinggi bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan semangat atau motivasi mahasiswa untuk belajar meski pada saat pandemi. Sebagai perguruan tinggi, memberikan kontribusi pada perkembangan dan keilmuan merupakan keharusan. Maka pengabdian ini sebagai salah satu bentuk pengadian itu. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan memberikanseminar motivasi yang dilakukan secara online atau daring. Metode ini dinilai paling efektif di tengah pandemi yang entah sampai kapan berakhirnya. Pesertanya adalah para mahasiswa baru yang diterima kuliah pada saat pandemi berlangsung. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini menghasilkan bertambahnya motivasi mahasiswa untuk terus belajar meski pada saat pandemi. Mahasiswa meiliki cara ndang baru tentang pentingnya meningkatkan motivasi diri untuk menjadi lebih baik dan bertanggug jawab. Melalui seminar motivasi ini harapannnya para mahasiswa motivasinya menjadi meningkat

A tourist attraction is one of the main assets that must be owned in an effort to increase and develop a tourist attraction. In order to increase tourist visits to the Pasteran Gondo Mayit beach tourism object, the KKN 108 IAIN Kediri team took the initiative to cooperate with the village government to add photo spots at the tourist attraction location. It is hoped that the existence of this photo spot will increase tourist visits, which in turn will have an impact on increasing regional income obtained from entrance tickets and parking. In addition, the increase in visitors will also have an impact on increasing the income of traders from Tambakrejo village. The method used in this service activity is called PAR (Participatory Action Research), which looks at the needs of the service location and also community participation. Overall, this activity has been successfully carried out by inviting villagers to participate in making photo spots to increase the attractiveness of tourist objects.
